When the Prophet Muhammad gave the Muslims the Koran - instructions on how a true believer should live, in addition to a clear prohibition on drinking alcohol, there was also a clear indication that a true believer cannot participate in gambling. But, as you know, not all adherents of Islam strictly follow its dogmas. And the worst thing is that some do this in Ukraine, despite the fact that they have an important and well-known surname in their country.
Journalists discovered a whole gambling syndicate that is engaged in gambling from Kyiv, and its participant may be a possible relative of the former head of the Turkish parliament - the Grand National Assembly of Turkey.

In 2016-2017, the then Speaker of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey, Ismail Kahraman, visited Ukraine more than once on official visits. In March 2016, he met with the then President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko, and a year later he met with the Prime Minister of Ukraine Vladimir Groysman.
At the same time, history is silent about whether the speaker of the Turkish parliament had unofficial meetings in Kyiv, for example, with Getiren Kahraman, a very non-public but interesting person.
As is easy to see, Getiren bears the same surname as the now former head of the Turkish parliament, but has lived in Kyiv for a long time. Judging by his page on social networks, he graduated from the Kiev Polytechnic Institute and settled in Ukraine.
Getiren Kahraman managed to marry a certain Yulia Khailo, although he divorced in 2018, but it is obvious that he married again and at the age of 36 has at least one child. But it’s much more interesting that, judging by his page on the social network Instagram, he leads a very active and expensive lifestyle, traveling to different countries, relaxing at ski resorts and in expensive establishments.
But where does the money for all this come from and what does the Koran have to do with it?
According to YouControl, Getiren Kahraman is a signatory of Live Games LLC, which publishes computer games and was registered in 2017.
The company's job description describes LiveGames as "the world's leading provider of Live Games video streaming solutions, providing our licensees with world-class live dealer games that include many of the world's best-known gaming brands." "
“Our services enable licensee players on desktop, tablet and smartphone to play Live games at real tables and with real dealers,” the company states.
It would seem, what computer games can be played under license, with live players of gaming brands with the participation of dealers?
The answer is simple: gambling in online casinos, for which Live Games LLC develops its “games”, but in reality - software that allows casinos to operate on the Internet, and players to top up their accounts and place bets.
And here we should remember about another company - LiveGames Limited, a Turkish company created in 2015 and engaged in the production of software for online casinos. Their portfolio includes games such as Tombala, Over 23 or Under 18, the famous card game Kilic and the Tombala video slot.
“Despite the company’s small portfolio, their games already attract more than 100 thousand players monthly. Stunning design and ease of use have helped LiveGames build a loyal customer base that continues to grow. To date, the number of unique players has exceeded one million, and the number of transactions in 2022 amounted to more than 400 million. All the company's products are aimed at making gamblers feel like they are in a real casino. In addition, each game is available around the clock,” the company’s website advertises its services.
It’s very similar to the presentation of Live Games LLC itself, isn’t it.
But the point is not only the similarity of the advertising campaign; the LiveGames Limited website directly states that although it was founded in 2015 in Israel, its headquarters are located in Kyiv.
And again the question arises - is there an ordinary coincidence here? And again the answer will be negative - this is not accidental.
The founder of LiveGames Limited is listed as Avi Ortas, whose profile can be seen in the public domain as the CEO of LiveGames LLC, that is, Live Games LLC, which is engaged in “publishing computer games.”
Getiren Kahraman and his television
A separate conversation is who is the owner of the capital's Live Games LLC, which is officially registered to a certain Ozaltin Ali, a citizen of Turkey, but who has been living in Kyiv for a long time. He is also officially the director of the company. At the same time, the signatory of the financial documents in the company is the same Getiren Kahraman, whose status in Live Games LLC is unclear. But it is unlikely that a stranger can have the right to sign financial documents.
Finally, there is one more little touch concerning the “owner” of Live Games LLC Ozaltina Ali. According to data from the OpenDataBot service, until August 28, 2017, he was the director of Live Games LLC, then he was replaced by a certain Sergei Drongovsky, and in November he again became the director of the company. However, the most interesting gambit happened in September 2018 - the company changed its owner - instead of a certain Aslankok Metin, it became Ozaltin Ali.
In a word, a picture emerges in which Ozaltin Ali can only be a cover for the real owners of the company, who can be the same Getiren Kahraman or the above-mentioned Avi Ortas.
At the same time, Getiren Kahraman’s ambitions are clearly much higher than being just a signatory or, perhaps, a shadow co-owner of a company that produces software for online casinos. Thus, in June 2022, Dust LLC was registered. Works" with the activity profile "television broadcasting". And about 2 weeks ago, an advertisement for a TV presenter appeared on job search sites, although for some reason for Live Games LLC. Probably, Getiren Kahraman decided to expand the profile of Live Games, or now, for the convenience of developing gambling, Live Games needs its own television.
Well, in this case, it would not hurt to remember what the Koran says about gambling for true Muslims, where it is said that “there is a great sin and some benefit for people; but sin is greater than profit.” Thus Allah makes His Signs clear to you so that you may think.” (Quran, Sura 2, 219th verse). Or “O you who believe! Intoxicants and gambling, dedication of stones and divination with arrows are an abomination of the hands of Satan. “Give up such abomination that you may prosper” (Quran, Sura 5, verse 90)
