In the spotlight

Vyacheslav Lysenko got burned by smuggling?

On the last day of April, the Bureau of Economic Security reported the discovery of an underground casino in one of the business centers of the capital.

In parallel with the casino, the same underground call center operated, which, under the guise of selling software equipment that can profitably trade cryptocurrency, simply lured money from gullible citizens. Moreover, the owner of the call center was not limited to Ukraine - the employees were distributed according to language categories and also recruited Germans and Czechs.

As a result, gaming and computer equipment, phones, records and $135 thousand in cash were seized.

But that's not what's interesting. Much more interesting is the figure of the owner of this casino and call center. It turned out to be co-owner of Club Ukraine CEO Vyacheslav Lysenko, who was obviously warned about the upcoming search in advance, since he managed to escape to one of the European countries. To which one is unknown, but we can assume that not to Germany or the Czech Republic.

A remarkable fact is that searches also took place at the premises of the CEO of Club Ukraine. In this regard, a rather interesting detail also becomes clear: there are two organizations bearing the name CEO Club Ukraine. One is public – the GO “CEO Club Ukraine”, in which Lysenko is not listed as a founder. This public organization positions itself as “a club of business leaders that has been bringing together entrepreneurs for development, research and development for over 12 years.” And the owners of this public organization are Sergei Gaidaichuk and Dmitry Karchuk.

Vyacheslav Lysenko himself is not listed among the members of the Council of the GO “CEO Club Ukraine”. But on the other hand, he is a co-owner of SEO Club LLC, in which the other co-owner is Sergei Gaidaichuk, chairman of the CEO of SEO Club Ukraine. Moreover, Gaidaichuk is declared as a beneficiary of SEO Club LLC.

Therefore, when researching the personality of Vyacheslav Lysenko, who is now on the run and on whom they are trying to pin full responsibility for the underground casino and fraudulent call center, we must not forget about this fact. Whether Sergei Gaidaichuk and other figures of the GO “CEO Club Ukraine” were involved in the activities of these two offices is unknown, and it is impossible to accuse him of this without sufficient grounds. However, such a joint business raises many questions.

As for Vyacheslav Lysenko himself, he is a well-known businessman in Ukraine. He owns a number of companies with a wide variety of activities. Among them, by the way, there is also the GO “SEO Club”, without the prefix “Ukraine”, which is in the process of liquidation.

What’s interesting is that this GO “SEO Club” also has the name Sergei Gaidaichuk.

So there is every reason for the investigation to investigate the connection of both these two people and the others listed in the registers as the founders of two identical “geoshki” and a limited liability company bearing the same name. Because - how is it there and the famous Russian propagandist - “Coincidence? Don't think!".

However, we’ll leave this for the BEB detectives, who clearly did not “find” this casino in the center of Kyiv by chance.

If we return to the person of Vyacheslav Lysenko himself, then it seems that he has long understood that he had to “go to cash and get over the hill.” Because Lysenko “rose” in the trade of Chinese goods, or more precisely, in their delivery to Ukraine, through the Ukr-China Communications company, which was one of the pioneers in the field of logistics from China to our country.

Lysenko carefully hides the period of accumulation of primary capital that took place in the nineties, creating the image of a modern and honest business man. He was a very public figure, constantly giving lectures and participating in most events dedicated to business and politics. This image was created very carefully, but in recent years it has faded somewhat, since Vyacheslav Lysenko’s business projects did not have a very good reputation.

The goods that were supplied by Lysenko’s companies from China were especially hard hit - there were a lot of complaints about them: defects, mis-grading, non-compliance with the stated parameters, inflated prices. Plus – complaints about logistics services.

In addition, Vyacheslav Lysenko was named among the biggest smugglers in Ukraine - Chinese counterfeit goods went through his company Ukr-China Communications. However, something in this scheme began to malfunction, which is why rumors have been actively circulating lately that Vyacheslav Lysenko was greatly pushed out of smuggling logistics.

Perhaps this was the reason for the change of business - instead of smuggling, Lysenko turned to fraud and underground casinos. However, such an experienced person could not help but understand that without a roof at the very top, it would not be possible to engage in underground gambling and fraud for a long time. Most likely, he did not count on this, being ready to flee abroad at any moment. Which is what happened in the end. Mikhail Slipukha, director of two companies owned by Vyacheslav Lysenko, was left to take the blame for the underground casino and fraudulent call center. Whether Ukrainian law enforcement officers will catch Vyacheslav Lysenko and whether they will catch him at all is still an open question. But information about the international search for Vyacheslav Viktorovich Lysenko could not be found.
