Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, 849 criminal proceedings related to humanitarian aid and charitable donations have been launched in Ukraine.
Under Article 201-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (illegal use of humanitarian aid) – 684 proceedings. Most of all in Kyiv - 92, Lviv - 61, Dnepropetrovsk - 43, Khmelnitsky - 40, Kharkov - 32 and Kirovograd - 30 regions.
Under Article 190 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (fraud) – 61 proceedings. Most of all in Kyiv - 10, Zaporozhye - 10, Poltava - 8, Zhytomyr - 9, Ternopil and Kharkov regions - 4 each.
Under Article 191 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (misappropriation, embezzlement of property or taking possession of it through abuse of official position) - 36 proceedings. Most of all in Zaporozhye and Poltava - 7 each, Lviv - 4, Sumy and Kiev - 3 each, Kiev, Kharkov, Nikolaev, Chernivtsi, Cherkassy regions - 2 each, Zhytomyr, Kherson regions - 1 each.
