Major General Pavlo Yatsyuk, head of the Special Purposes Center “Omega” of the National Guard of Ukraine, reveals the hostile details of the preparation and operation of the special forces. In other words, the selection to the maximum extent possible is the most effective, and the preparation includes high-tech methods that may exceed standard methods.
