Bail was given for ex-head of the fiscal service Nasirov

For the former head of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine, Roman Nasirov, bail was given in the amount of 55,000,592 hryvnia.

This became known from a statement by the Supreme Anti-Corruption Court.

After posting bail, the accused has the following procedural responsibilities:

  • arrive when summoned to court, and if it is impossible to arrive when summoned on time, inform the court in advance;
  • do not leave Kyiv without permission from the court;
  • inform the court about a change in your place of residence;
  • refrain from communicating with persons specified in the court order;
  • deposit with the relevant government authorities all your passports of a citizen of Ukraine for traveling abroad, a service passport, and other documents giving the right to leave Ukraine and enter Ukraine, except for a passport of a citizen of Ukraine;
  • wear an electronic monitoring device.

Let us note that the former head of the State Fiscal Service, by decision of the Supreme Court of Justice, has been in custody since October 31, 2022.
