Based on the results of trading on April 4, 2023 at the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange, citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan Saken User became a new shareholder of IFD YURTA JSC, controlling 100% of the company’s common shares.
Previously, YURTA belonged to the RESMI group. By the way, YARTA has a broker and dealer license.
About the new shareholder:
Saken User has more than 11 years of successful experience in the stock market, including in leadership positions at Freedom Finance JSC, where he worked until 2022 and today is an independent professional investor and has passed all the necessary regulatory approval procedures in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan .
According to the strategy of the new shareholder, the Company will continue to operate under a new brand and management and will focus on improving services and expanding the client base, as well as attracting more client assets, especially large corporate and private investors.
The company also plans to increase its client base for the provision of market-making and underwriting services and intends to take a competitive position in the domestic bond market.
