Law on... saving corrupt officials

Ukrainian soldiers go to their death to protect the state, and the Servants of the People in Kyiv, instead of saving the soldiers, voted for a law on... saving corrupt officials!

Today, the Servant of the People faction in the Verkhovna Rada voted on Law 11340, which allows any corrupt official who is caught taking a bribe to instantly pay off by entering into an agreement with the investigation for a certain amount, and after the conclusion of the deal, the investigation must be stopped, and investigators are prohibited from identifying other persons involved in the case!

That is, the meaning of the law is this - as soon as NABU and SAPP detain another Servant of the People for taking a bribe, he instantly concludes a deal, pays the money, becomes innocent and immune from prosecution, and the investigation no longer has the right to investigate something, it is impossible to look for who the bribe-taker shared with, who he was protected by whoever allowed it. In fact, investigations into bribes will quickly be limited to one MP or civil servant!

1. There is no such norm in any democratic country in the world.
2. All our Western partners opposed this law.
3. NABU detectives officially opposed this.
4. SAP prosecutors officially opposed this.
5. The Anti-Corruption Committee of the Verkhovna Rada officially opposed this.

But today, by a majority vote of the Servant of the People faction, the bill was adopted, 231 deputies voted in favor.

There are no drones at the front, the state does not buy, there are no fortifications, there is not enough ammunition, vehicles, people, and everything. People are dying, many dozens of people every day.

And the arrogant scoundrels under the dome in Kyiv received a command from the office, and are saving Zelensky and his party from criminal cases. While Zelensky himself makes speeches so that Western partners give Ukraine more money.

Today the Verkhovna Rada really betrayed national interests during the war and disgraced the state. Zelensky must reverse his party’s decision and immediately veto this shameful law.
