During their investigation, journalists recorded a Toyota Camry company car with cover plates leaving the parking lot of the Regent Hill residential complex in Pechersk. After some time, the car drove into the GBR building.

It is noted that Udovichenko does not have real estate in the Regent Hill residential complex, and also does not have any in Kyiv. At the same time, the apartment in the Regent Hill residential complex is registered in the name of a close relative of his chosen one, Kristina Kopach, Irina. This is probably her aunt.
The woman bought an apartment in the Regent Hill residential complex with an area of 125 square meters in October 2022. The market value of real estate of this size in this residential complex starts from 37,000,000 hryvnia - 900,000 dollars. In 2022, this apartment cost at least 900 thousand dollars. The contract states that Irina bought the apartment for 1,900,000 hryvnia. That is, 50 thousand dollars were paid instead of the real market 900 thousand dollars.
Journalists also report that Irina lives and works as a cosmetologist in Odessa.
It is noted that only a plot of land near the village of Roslavichi, Kyiv region, is officially registered in Udovichenko’s name. But not in an expensive cottage town, which has appeared in other anti-corruption investigations, but on a deserted slope, where there is no real estate or infrastructure.
