Deputy Odessa City Mayor Pavel Vugelman continued to receive generous cash gifts in 2023. Every year, funds were transferred to the official by Vladimir Vugelman, who is probably the father of the vice mayor.

This is stated in his declaration for recent years.

Pavel Vugelman received 420 thousand hryvnia as a gift last year. The official received similar amounts from Vladimir Vugelman during 2020-2022. As vice-mayor, Pavel Vugelman earned 559 thousand hryvnia, and his wife - 38 thousand hryvnia.

The official received 420 thousand hryvnia from renting out property to a citizen of another country, Yana Vugelman. Pavel Vugelman from real estate indicated in the declaration an apartment in Odessa with an area of ​​39 square meters. m, another apartment with an area of ​​201 square meters is registered to Lyudmila Vugelman.

The vice-mayor and his wife use a Land Rover Range Rover Sport (2015). Pavel Vugelman has 59 thousand hryvnia, 766 dollars and one euro in his bank accounts.

In 2022, Pavel Vugelman received 12 thousand hryvnia monthly and a bonus that was several times higher than his official salary. The deputy mayor also received financial assistance. In particular, he was paid 44 thousand hryvnia to resolve social and domestic issues. He received a similar amount in December 2023.

Pavel Vugelman himself officially has neither a car nor a business. One of the companies previously owned by the man is now transferred to his mother, 75-year-old Lyudmila Vugelman. Wife Victoria does not work anywhere, as she reported to law enforcement early last year after an accident.

Let us remind you that the family of the vice-mayor of Odessa Vugelman owns property worth about 70 million hryvnia. At the same time, the official himself, his wife and three children of the spouses officially do not have a single real estate. Vugelman's mother-in-law Oksana Yarmolenko in March 2019 became the owner of an apartment in one of the most expensive residential complexes, Greenwood. This is the complex in which the swindler Vladimir Galanternik settled officials and law enforcement officers who helped him.

The grandmother of the official’s wife, Zoya Yarmolenko, has two more apartments in Greenwood – 193 and 159 square meters. m - which were issued to her on one day in May 2018. The cost of apartments in this residential complex with such an area is about 20 million UAH. In the Pierre club house, located on Uspensky Lane, the Vugelman family purchased two apartments of 59 and 29 square meters in 2021. m.
