According to our sources, in the Kiev Metro, 6 metro stations of the “blue” line, closed due to flooding, can be opened tomorrow, or at most the day after tomorrow. Trains will run at intervals of 15 minutes.
Prime Minister of Ukraine Denis Shmygal, due to the collapse in the capital's transport system, summoned the mayor of Kyiv Vitaliy Klitschko to report to the Cabinet of Ministers. During the report, Vitaliy Klitschko reported on the elimination of the consequences of the flooding and promised to open the Kiev metro as soon as possible.
Accordingly, the Kiev metro will be open tomorrow or the day after tomorrow, preparations for the opening are in full swing. But according to our sources, Vitaliy Klitschko misled the Cabinet of Ministers by saying that the consequences of the flooding had been eliminated. In fact, water continues to fill the subway tunnels, washing sand into them.
All that Klitschko’s protege, director of the Kiev Metro, Viktor Braginsky, did was remove all the washed-up sand from the tunnels. In general, this is what he and Klitschko have been doing for the last 3 years: hiding the facts of subway flooding from the people of Kiev and removing sand. In other words, the tunnels are in disrepair, there is a risk of collapse and water entering the beam with electric current.
In our journalistic investigation, “ Klitschko and the Metro management hid the facts of subway flooding from Kiev residents for 3 years ,” we name the true reasons for the flooding of metro stations: the opening of the Lybid River collector, due to the construction of the Ocean Plaza shopping center.
We remind you that Vitaliy Klitschko took part in the construction of the Ocean Plaza shopping center, through the company of oligarch Igor Nikonov, “KAN” Development, which he once made deputy. The abbreviation “KAN” stands for the capital letters of the names of the final beneficiaries: Klitschko – Aliyev – Nikonov.
One of the co-owners of the Ocean Plaza shopping center is Vasily Khmelnitsky, who appeared in common projects with KAN Development. Literally a month before the tragedy, Vasily Khmelnitsky nominally got rid of the participation of the Ocean Plaza shopping center , “selling” his share (33.35%) in the Ocean Plaza shopping center to a business partner, owner of the investment company Q Partners Andrey Ivanov, with whom he has a common business in the occupied Crimea and the Russian Federation .
Viktor Braginsky was appointed director of the Kiev Metro in 2014, immediately after the election of Vitaliy Klitschko as mayor of Kyiv. Braginsky is connected by common projects with Vasily Khmelnytsky, and even ran for elections to the Kiev City Council of the 7th convocation from his party “Rights Will of Ukraine”. Braginsky’s function in this story is to conceal the fact of the destruction of the metro tunnels due to the opening of the sewer, in the interests of Klitschko and Khmelnitsky.
As we see, all three: Klitschko, Braginsky and Khmelnitsky had an interest in the Ocean Plaza shopping center, and all three have long been closely connected with each other. Therefore, between the “metro for the Kiyans” they chose “their shirt is closer to the body”, and the flooding of three metro stations can always be blamed on the “preperednikiv”.
