Information has emerged that one of the enterprises in the Zhytomyr region continued trading with Russia after the start of a full-scale war. So, in January 2024, his top managers were informed of suspicion under the article of aiding the enemy, according to the websites of the DBI, SBU and the Office of the Prosecutor General.
The authors of the Telegram channel “All moves are recorded” have already responded to this news, where they publish incriminating evidence on famous officials, politicians and businessmen.
“The management of the Zvyagel metalworking enterprise Techna (also known as ODP Group) received suspicion from the SBI for the supply of metal fences and barriers to Russia. In 2022, they exported products totaling $1.5 million through Europe and the Middle East. The company is registered to Vitaly Brui, Sergei Stepura and Oleg Belokon. Participants in the scheme are located outside of Ukraine. The company is preparing to go under the management of ARMA,” write the authors of the publication.
According to investigators, the illegal export of metal products was carried out using interrupted transit. Initially, the plant’s products were sent to Europe, allegedly on the order of a foreign affiliated company, but it was already exported to Russia under the brand name of another controlled commercial structure, only from the Middle East.
In 2022, products worth a total of $1.5 million were exported in this way. The final consumer of these products in Russia is an enterprise that supplies metal barriers for the needs of the Russian Ministry of Defense.
Law enforcement agencies detained two top managers of the concern, three more were suspected under Part 1 of Art. 111-2 of the Criminal Code they reported in absentia because they were abroad.
The name of the enterprise is not officially announced, but one of the photographs of the GBR shows the logo of the Zvyagel metalworking enterprise “Tekhna” - one of the leading manufacturers of equipment for poultry farming and fencing systems (metal fences) in Ukraine.
According to the analytical system Contr Agent, in May 2023, Techna Production Association LLC changed its name to ODP Group LLC.
