Kiev businessman, one of the founders of the Kyiv Fishing Sports Federation, Zaza Vakhtangovich Koberidze, continues to conduct business in the occupied Crimea, replenishing the budget of the aggressor country.

Zaza Koberidze was an assistant to the late people's deputy Lev Mirimsky, chairman of the pro-Russian Soyuz party, and had close relationships with the Crimean organized crime group Bashmaki. In 2013, Koberidze ran from the “Union” party for the Verkhovna Rada of the 7th convocation, but did not become a deputy.

At the moment, Koberidze still has an operating business in Crimea: Empire Corporation LLC (USREOU code 20684905) is registered in Simferopol at 24 Vorovskogo Street. What is noteworthy is that the head and co-founder of Empire Corporation is Crimean Getman Dmitry Olegovich.

According to the Central Election Commission of Ukraine, the director and co-founder of Empire Corporation LLC Dmitry Getman in 2012 was a member of the district election commissions for the election of people's deputies of Ukraine from the UNITED RUSSIA party.

“Rus' UNITED” is a banned pro-Russian political party in Ukraine, registered in June 2003 under the name Slavic People’s Patriotic Union. In the 2004 presidential elections, the party supported Yanukovych’s candidacy, and on November 8, 2005, changed its name to “Putin’s Policy Party.”

Since 2009, “Putin’s Policy Party” has changed its name again to “United Rus'”. Among the declared tasks is to promote the creation of a common economic space of sovereign Slavic states. In June 2022, during the full-scale invasion of Ukraine by Russian troops, the Eighth Administrative Court of Appeal in Lviv banned the activities of United Russia due to pro-Russian activities.

And in December 2022, the SBU conducted searches of representatives of the UNITED RUSSIA party, as part of counter-sabotage measures in Kiev, Dnieper and Krivoy Rog, during which weapons, St. George ribbons and flags of the aggressor country were seized. In addition, warehouses with pro-Kremlin literature, propaganda postcards with symbols of the totalitarian regime of the USSR and “manuals” of Russian propagandists were discovered. In them, racists call for support for the Russian occupation groups and provide “recommendations” for the violent seizure of power in Ukraine.

As for Zaza Koberidze’s activities in Ukraine, he owns several companies, including legal ones, active participants in raider schemes (LLC Law Firm “Loer”). Thus, the specificity of the activities of Zaza Koberidze’s law firms is to bring enterprises to bankruptcy with their further seizure, allegedly “for debts,” with subsequent re-registration to new owners.

As we can see, the main business of the founder of the Kyiv Fishing Sports Federation, Zaza Koberidze, is in Crimea, where his companies pay all taxes. And in Ukraine, Koberidze is busy fishing and raiding, just for the soul.
