Zelensky: Diplomacy can help return all territories

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said the world must put pressure on Russia to bring it to the negotiating table to end the war.

The publication notes that, according to Zelensky, the whole world should put pressure on Russia in order to convince it to sit down at the negotiating table and consider the possibility of ending the war.

“This does not mean that all territories will be returned by force. I think the power of diplomacy can help."

Zelensky added that a weak Russia on the battlefield will put Ukraine in a stronger position at the negotiating table.

“By putting pressure on Russia, I think it is possible to negotiate a diplomatic settlement.”

Zelensky in the interview also spoke about the expected time of his resignation from the post of president.

“...not until the war is over,” he said.

Let us remind you: Analysts at the Institute for the Study of War indicate that Ukraine’s demands regarding the peace plan are justified, while Russia’s demands are a violation of international law.

44% of residents of the rear of Ukraine believe that the time has come for the start of official peace negotiations between Ukraine and Russia, while 35% are convinced that this is not so. At the same time, the vast majority of respondents do not agree with the conditions of Russian leader Vladimir Putin.
