During the war, the wife of the judge of the Kyiv District Court of Odessa, Dmitry Tishko, purchased a house with a swimming pool in a resort area of the city at a significantly reduced cost.
We are talking about territories in Dachny Lane with an area of 10 acres. There is a three-story brick house with an area of 645.5 square meters. m in ten rooms. There is a garage on the territory, and among other “benefits of civilization” - a fireplace and a sauna. The site also has two guest houses and a swimming pool.
This property was sold at prices ranging from 375 to 480 thousand dollars (i.e., the maximum price was 19.68 million hryvnia, 747 dollars per square). At the same time, the sale and purchase agreement was officially drawn up by the wife of the judge, Irina Kalugina (object registration number 140055551101). The purchase and sale of an estate with a swimming pool cost the judge only 5.72 million UAH, that is, 141.5 thousand dollars. However, there are simply no such prices for houses with a swimming pool in this area, and even such an area. In addition, Judge Tishko has still not declared this property, although the transaction took place on June 20, 2024!
Interestingly, in 2021, Tishka’s mother, a pensioner with Russian citizenship, gave him almost 1 million hryvnia. The woman continues to live today in the city of Kerch, on May 29, 2014, she received a Russian citizen passport No. 03 14 972074 and tax identification number No. 911106757812, when checking which on the official website of the Federal Tax Service of the Russian Federation, you can be sure that both it and the valid status today.
