The journalist accused ex-People's Deputy Malich of illegally extracting sand from Kozin

On Tuesday, December 14, violations related to the illegal mining and export of sand were recorded in Kozin. These violations were committed by at least two cars belonging to the Ukrpostachbud-Ukrainka company, which is the property of Oleg Malich, a former MP.

Roman Litvin told StopKor about this in a commentary .

“Local residents of Ukrainka approached me. They reported that illegal sand mining has been going on for several days at the 9th kilometer of the dam in Kozin,” he said.

The journalist visited the scene of the events and recorded the operation of the equipment there.

“Before my eyes, the excavator completely loaded the truck with sand. At the same time, the drivers were unable to show any documents for the extraction or sale of subsoil ,” he said.

According to Lytvyn, equipment belonging to Ukrsnabstroy-Ukrainka LLC was working at the scene of the events - the company is owned by the odious ex-people's deputy Oleg Malich .

Representatives of Malich, in a comment to reporters, stated that this sand was brought in 2008 by barges and unloaded in this place.

However, Litvin emphasized that he saw with his own eyes how it was extracted using a dredger from a nearby reservoir.

He also noted that previously journalists caught these diggers selling sand that was mined on communal land. But this time the mining was done on private land.

What is known about Malich

Former people's deputy from BYuT Malich was an adviser to fugitive Prime Minister Mykola Azarov . The media call him one of the largest developers in the Obukhov region.
