How much did Odessa deputies from Trukhanov’s party “warm up” the people of Kiev?

Journalists from “Our Money” managed to find an estimate for the cost of reconstruction of the same Degtyarovsky overpass near Shulyavka in Kyiv, which was never published on the Prozorro e-procurement platform.

It became known that 920 million hryvnia were spent on the reconstruction of the bridge near the Shulyavskaya metro station in the capital that fell last fall.

This time, the contractor Rostdorstroy LLC raised the prices for building materials several times.

In particular, Kievavtodor agreed to pay for steel reinforcement at 63 thousand hryvnia, while in the summer it cost 30-35 thousand in other estimates and stores.

For the construction of the Degtyarovsky overpass, they also ordered a unique polyurethane resin, which had not been found in construction estimates for a long time. The contractor purchased it at a price higher than it can be purchased in Poland.

For comparison: in Poland, such resin is sold for 67–116 zlotys (651-1,119 UAH/kg), which is 2.5 times cheaper than the Kievavtodor price.

Also included in the estimate was asphalt that was 20-30% more expensive than last year’s prices in Ukraine. The price tag exceeded even the tenders of front-line Zaporozhye and Sumy region, which is often shelled.

Journalists report that the beneficiaries of the Odessa “Rostdorstroy” through the Austrian company “Yttema AU GmbH” are Evgeniy Konovalov and Yuriy Schumacher, who are deputies of the Odessa City Council from the “Trust in Deeds” party of Odessa Mayor Gennady Trukhanov.
