Suspicion was reported to the head of the project support department of the capital investment management of the Kiev municipal association of green construction and operation of green spaces "Kievzelenstroy" for improper performance of his official duties, which entailed grave consequences for the interests of the state (Part 2 of Article 367 of the Criminal Code).
The capital's prosecutor's office reports this.
It was established that in December 2022, the said official signed certificates of completion of work under an agreement for the overhaul of the road network in the “Hydropark” recreation park in the Dnieper region.
At the same time, the cost calculation in these documents did not meet the requirements of the current legislation, and therefore the interests of the state suffered damage in the amount of 300 thousand hryvnia.
