What's going on in the courts of the Odessa region: in the Excalibur case, the judge took the side of the odious Russian raider Maxim Moskalev

The courts of the Odessa region have established a process for squeezing out business in favor of Russians. Since 2015, the Excalibur vessel has been rusting at the berths of the Ilyichevsk Shipyard.

In March 2015, without the knowledge of the owner, an Israeli citizen, and without his consent, the ship entered the docks of the Ilyichevsk shipyard for repairs. The company CC Nordic Group K/S from which the ship was repaired had nothing to do with it and was liquidated for two years in 2015. We can already talk about the fact of a criminal conspiracy.

At the same time, according to fabricated documents, ownership of the Excalibur vessel was transferred from CONWEALTH DEVELOPMENT SA (Panama), which had nothing to do with the vessel, to another Panamanian company - GELLAR EQUITIES CORP. The ultimate beneficiary of both companies is Russian citizen Maxim Moskalev.

Having researched the Internet, it becomes clear that we are talking about an odious Russian raider who is currently hiding in Great Britain. Here it is worth paying attention to his partner - Alexey Mamaev. This is not just a friend, partner and adviser to Moskalev, but a lawyer with a bad reputation, the creator of schemes for squeezing out property and simply the brains of all raider campaigns!

From that time, the owner of the vessel began his long journey through the courts of the Odessa region, initiating judicial and criminal proceedings in various jurisdictions (Cyprus, Ukraine).

Connections with Russian top officials, who at that time, through lovers of the “RuZZ world,” had a significant influence on Ukrainian justice, as well as the corruption of Ukrainian officials, helped M. Moskalev avoid responsibility and get away with it.

All this led to the fact that the Excalibur vessel, which had previously been in extremely unsatisfactory technical condition, which made it impossible to safely use it for its intended purpose, actually rusted, turned into scrap metal and is still located at the berths of the ship repair plant.

Raider M. Moskalev did not stop at seizing the Excalibur vessel. While his native land is waging war on the territory of Ukraine, he finds and corrupts Ukrainian judges through his henchmen. All this is being done in order to obtain through the court from an Israeli citizen in favor of a company controlled by M. Moskalev - GELLAR EQUITIES CORP - $3.5 million as compensation for lost profits from the operation of the old vessel.

26.07. In 2023, a senseless lawsuit was filed in the Ilyichevsk City Court of the Odessa Region (case No. 501/2884/23) to recover from the owner of the company BEYOND EXPECTATIONS INC, an Israeli citizen, 3.5 million US dollars of losses of the company GELLAR EQUITIES CORP, controlled by Russian citizen Maxim Moskalev, with measures to secure the claim. (arrest of the Excalibur vessel), applied in another trial (case No. 501/5202/15-ts).

The judge of the Ilyichevsk City Court M.I. Petryuchenko helped a citizen of the Russian Federation win the dispute.

Judge Petryuchenko M.I. known for her loyal attitude towards connoisseurs of the “Russian world” and “lovers of Putin and his godfather”, which was repeatedly reported by local media in publications dated 05/11/2020 , 11/16/2022 and 02/11/2023 .

Criminal self-confidence and sense of impunity of judge M.I. Petryuchenko also adds the influence at the local level of her husband, V.V. Petryuchenko, a former prosecutor of the city of Ilyichevsk, senior justice adviser.

As a result, acting in the interests of Moskalev M. and fully promoting the company GELLAR EQUITIES CORP controlled by him, judge Petryuchenko M.I. in the name of Ukraine, made a decision in favor of a citizen of the Russian Federation, stating that a 43-year-old rusty ship, which no one wants to purchase for $125,000 , could generate income in the amount of $3,654,000 from leasing it to another company controlled by Moskalev M. .

The indicated actions of judge M.I. Petryuchenko are nothing more than high treason committed in the interests of Russian citizen Maxim Moskalev.
