Is David Arakhamia helping Zlochevsky obtain a special permit for the Ukrnaftoburenie field?

As it became known, on November 30, 2023, only 2 days after the scandalous court decision was made, by which the Sixth Administrative Court of Appeal canceled the special permit for gas production at the Sakhalin field for Ukrnaftobureniya (UNB), Sistemaoilengineering LLC, which produces gas at Vodianivska Square and belongs to the daughters of ex-Minister of Ecology Zlochevsky Karini and Anna, filed in Gosgeonadr application to confirm reserves near the Sakhalin field, production at which was completely stopped more than 3 weeks ago.

This is stated in the information regarding applications for special permits for the use of subsoil, which were received by the State Service of Geology and Subsoil of Ukraine

As follows from the documentation, three of the 4 applications of Systemoilengineering LLC are under consideration.

Let us note that the Sakhalinskoye and Vodyanovskoye fields are located within the Bogodukhovsky district of the Kharkov region and are actually one large oil and gas field. This fully confirms the information recently announced by People’s Deputy Oleksiy Kucherenko that it was Zlochevsky who was behind the stoppage of the work of Ukrnaftobureniya.

It is expected that the second stage after confirmation of reserves, according to the company of the scandalous ex-minister from the time of Yanukovych, will be an application for the expansion of the existing special permit, which is operated by Systemoilengineering on the area included precisely in the Sakhalin gas field and belonged to the UNB.

Thus, it is obvious that another redistribution of the gas production market is taking place with the involvement of senior government officials. In addition, it previously became known that the odious ex-member of the OPZZh Igor Abramovich, who was previously called the eminence grise of the State Geonadra and retained his influence over the head of the department, Roman Opimakh, is allegedly helping Zlochevsky with the finalization of this opaque “scheme” in the State Geonadra.

As reported, the court decision to cancel the special permit of PJSC “Ukrnafteburenie” for the production of hydrocarbons from the Sakhalin oil and gas condensate field has become inevitable.

According to experts, shutting down the Sakhalin field will reduce the total volume of Ukrainian gas production by 3-5%, and the budget will not receive billions of tax revenues.
