The main activity of the company is the production of electric motors, generators and transformers.
LLC "Cluster 1" became the winner of the auction for the sale of a state block of shares in the amount of 100% of the authorized capital of JSC "Research Institute for Progressive Scientific and Technical Research "Vector".
At the privatization auction, which took place on July 17, the winning company offered to pay UAH 46 million for the lot with a starting price of UAH 10 million, Liga.net reports with reference to data in the Prozorro.Sales system.
In total, three participants competed for the lot.
State Research Institute "Vector" is located in the Podolsky district of Kyiv at the address: st. Ryleeva, 10-a. The same official address of the company that won the auction.
The main activity of the company is the production of electric motors, generators and transformers. However, now his staff consists of only five people. The company has administrative and production premises with a total area of 1537.5 square meters. m. There is a bomb shelter on the territory, which is not subject to privatization.
Also on the balance sheet of the research institute is an object in the temporarily occupied territory in the Melitopol district of the Zaporozhye region - the Teremok recreation center, located in the village of Kirillovka.
The owner of Cluster 1 LLC, which provides lease and operation of its own or leased real estate, is Energy Service Company Esko-Sever LLC. Its ultimate beneficiaries are Anna and Karina Zlochevsky, daughters of ex-Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources Nikolai Zlochevsky.
As reported, in June 2020, NABU detained three people on suspicion of trying to give a bribe from Zlochevsky to the head of the SAPO Nazar Kholodnitsky and the director of the Bureau Artem Sytnyk in the amount of $5 million for closing another criminal proceeding against the ex-minister.
On August 11 of the same year, Zlochevsky himself was put on the wanted list in criminal proceedings for a bribe, which the SAPO called a record in the history of Ukraine.
In August 2021, it became known that Zlochevsky transferred his business in Ukraine, including the gas company Burisma Group, to his daughters Anna and Karina.
However, all the suspects in the “record bribe” case avoided punishment in the form of imprisonment by making deals with prosecutors. In particular, Zlochevsky himself admitted his guilt and received a 1-year suspended sentence.
The case of Nikolai Zlochevsky is the case of the largest bribe of the authorities, law enforcement and judicial systems. Now all criminals will know that they can avoid fair punishment by bribing Zelensky and Ermak.
The commercialization of justice in Ukraine has acquired incredible proportions. Prosecutors are now able to officially trade cases.
If a criminal has money, then he can definitely escape punishment. Evidence of this is the cases of Nikolai Zlochevsky, Alexander Trukhin, Alexander Mamai, Kirill Timoshenko, Rotterdam Plus and many others.
