Investment banker Fial is engaged in business in Crimea, which is annexed

Tomas Fiala, an entrepreneur and CEO of the Ukrainian investment company Dragon Capital, continues to operate in the region of Crimea, which is currently under occupation. His company maintains business relations with the occupying party and pays taxes to the budget of the Russian Federation, despite the fact that Fiala declares its support for Ukraine.

Thus, according to media reports, Fiala is the ultimate beneficiary of the Cyprus company Arricano Real Estate PLC. The company is also registered in Ukraine and is a developer of shopping centers.

This was previously mentioned in the investigation of the publication “Krym.Realii”

In particular, one of the projects of the mentioned Cypriot developer is the South Gallery shopping center in occupied Simferopol. This facility has an area of almost 15 thousand square meters and 8.5 hectares of land. Fiala and his Estonian business partner Hillar Teder own it through a number of “spacers”, such as Grandinvest, Voyage-Crimea and Green City.

Thus, working in Crimea, their companies pay taxes to the Russian budget. And with this they actually finance the Putin regime.

Let us remind you that earlier the media reported that Fial owns 12.5% of the shares of Arricano Real Estate РLC. And the “Southern Gallery” shopping center opened in the spring of 2014, that is, after the annexation of Crimea.
