Thanks to an investigation by Ukrayinska Pravda journalists, it became known who is driving around the streets of the capital in one of the most expensive cars in the world.

In the spring of 2023, People's Deputy and owner of the confectionery house of the same name Gennady Vatsak purchased a luxurious Rolls-Royce, which costs about $700,000. a>

The people's deputy registered the car to his confectionery house "Vatsak".

In the midst of war, a servant of the people does not hesitate to drive a Rolls-Royce to work in the Verkhovna Rada.

He entered parliament in 2019 as an independent candidate.

Already by that time, having a profitable business, Vatsak did not hesitate to take state compensation for rent. He seemed to be renting an apartment in Kyiv, which at that time he seemed unable to pay for himself.

During the first 10 months of his deputy, he received 197 thousand UAH of compensation for rent.

UP journalist Mikhail Tkach said that in 2023 Vatsak called for helping the military, but not by buying them drones and cars, but by building parks and streets. He cynically explained his speech by saying that the defenders would encounter beautiful cities.
