Collective responsibility for bribes in Transcarpathia

The SBU officer documented the State Border Guard Service officer. Then he blackmailed and received almost $500,000. And he was documented by NABUSHNIK.

The situation is very interesting: an SBU officer was documenting the illegal activities of an employee of the State Border Guard Service, head of the Solomonovo border service department, S.V. Marushchak. for a year and a half, but decided not to act in the legal field, but simply blackmail him with the data received through Pankush S.V.

During personal meetings, Pankush told Marushchak how, where and how much money would need to be transferred for the silence of an SBU employee. In addition, he was given instructions to allow certain vehicles with contraband to pass through the Tisa checkpoint.

According to the data I received, Marushchak transferred 5 thousand dollars to the crypto wallet of the SBU officer, and over time sent as much as 358 thousand dollars in various tranches.

The SBU officer, through Pankush, knowing that every month Marushchak receives about 40-50 thousand US dollars of illegal benefits from his work at the State Border Guard Service, continued to extort money from the latter.

This time he demanded another bribe in the amount of 58 thousand dollars.

This illegal scheme was successfully documented by NABU officers.

What do we end up with?

Marushchak is the head of the Solomonovo border service department, who received about one and a half million hryvnias of illegal benefits every month and gave 14.5 million hryvnias in bribes to an SBU officer through Pankush.

An SBU officer who, instead of completing the matter, took a bribe of 14.5 million hryvnia, and then also demanded about 2.3 million hryvnia, not counting monthly payments ($5 thousand).

But there was also a NABU employee who successfully documented the entire illegal mechanism. And for a long time he documented how the border guard was “milked” by the SBU officer.

This “Law Enforcement Santa Barbara” is so interesting and confusing that I will simply post documents obtained from my own law enforcement sources that I was able to obtain for you to read and understand for yourself.
