Has lithium, which belongs to Ukraine, become the property of Klyuev?

Each of you is probably aware of the lithium and lithium batteries used by Elon Musk in his Tesla cars, as well as in other devices. It is known that Ukraine has significant reserves of this rare earth metal.

So, Derzhgeonadra is the central executive body that manages production licenses, issued a special (!) permit No. 6195 dated 04/03/2017, without (!) an auction , to a certain company LLC "Ukrlitiivydobuvannya" (EDRPOU 37153919) for the use subsoil (mining lithium ores) of the Polokhovo lithium deposit in the Kirovograd region for (!) 20 years.

This is where the fun begins, watch your hands.

Derzhgeonadra issues, out of competition, a special permit according to Procedure No. 615 , which regulates the issuance of such permits (!) in the case of geological study (!) of oil and gas subsoil for geological study of gas subsoil, if the company itself pays for the approbation of these deposits. 

And if then, based on the results of this exploration (approbation), everything is normal in terms of reserves at the deposit, then the State Geonadra approves the calculation of these reserves and issues a development permit. Permission from the State Geonadra must be obtained no later than 3 years after exploration. It's simple.

So, look, a standard example of how Ukrainian mineral resources are stolen.

Special (!) permit No. 6195 dated 04/03/2017, which was received by Ukrlitiyvydobuvannya LLC without (!) an auction, states that we are talking about lithium mining.

That is, using the Procedure for obtaining a permit (!) without a competition (!) for oil and gas, they issued a permit for the extraction of rare earth metals - lithium.

But that's not all. So that the substitution of documents is not so noticeable, instead of oil and gas - lithium, just think 🤷‍♀️ Derzhgeonadra and LLC “Ukrlitiyvidobuvannya” came up with another move.  

As I wrote above, the Procedure for issuing a special permit states that the mining company must conduct exploration of the deposit at its own expense, which must then be assessed by State Geonadra.

Just imagine the level of cynicism, greed and redneckness. 

LLC "Ukrlitiyvidobuvannya" and Derzhgeonadra enter into a purchase and sale agreement No. 86/11 dated August 10, 2016 (!) of documents called (!) "geological information." 

Just think about it, this is (!) a geological report from the municipal enterprise “Kirovgeology”, expedition No. 47, which (!) was carried out in the period 1990 – 1993. And they enclose these pieces of paper as exploration of a lithium deposit. 

And on the basis of these pieces of paper, in the Procedure for issuing special permits for (!) exploration of oil and gas (!) without competition (!), a license is issued for 20 years (!) for the extraction of rare earth metal - lithium.

Bliss?

In short, the first “carcasses”, it was after them that the word “carcasses” appeared in political slang, in Parliament. These are the first deputies who publicly betrayed voters and ran under the wing of Yanukovych’s Party of Regions; this is the Tabalov family.

To put it even more briefly: the Tabalov family – the Klyuev family – Moscow. 

I have only one question: why can’t it be the same, but only with Elon Musk?

Friends, do you remember the Tabalov family? Alexander and one of his sons - Andrey. In the Verkhovna Rada of the 7th convocation, they became the first “carcasses”. Once in Parliament, did you immediately betray your colleagues and join the Party of Regions faction?  

Actually, the concept of “carcass” was born in Ukrainian politics and is equated with the surname, the Tabalov family. For those who don’t remember well, here is a link to an article from that time.

Although, they weren’t really betrayed if you know well how Ukrainian politics works, since for a long time these people were/are close and trusted comrades of Andrei Klyuev - a citizen of the Russian Federation, head of the Presidential Administration Yanukovych, etc.

So, what’s my point... it turns out that while the point is, they quietly stole... a lithium deposit in the Kirovograd region. 

According to the materials at my disposal, their company LLC “Ukrlitiyvidobuvannya” , which is owned by a structure from the UAE, quietly and illegally received a license.

And even more interesting, as it turns out, the Tabalovs/Klyuevs sponsor people’s deputy Galina Yanchenko. 

By the way, regarding Andrey Klyuev, Ukrainian lithium was always sent and processed in the Russian Federation. There is a suspicion that this is still happening today))))
