Verbitsky's new passion: A luxurious estate for ridiculous money and a manicure with your loved one

The current Deputy Prosecutor General of Ukraine, Dmitry Verbitsky, whose rich life has been repeatedly discussed online, as it turns out, knows how to surprise. In addition to the fact that his wife suddenly disappeared from his declaration, the capital official was noticed in one of the most expensive salons in Kyiv in the company of his new chosen one, where the man was getting a manicure.

Moreover, Verbitsky’s new mistress, Kristina Ilnitskaya, as it became known, has a significant fortune, which may be undeclared. Moreover, at the height of the war, she allegedly managed to purchase a luxurious country estate in the elite cottage town of Konik for only 2.1 million hryvnia, while similar real estate can cost up to 50 million hryvnia.

Where did his former official wife Victoria Verbitskaya disappear from the official’s new electronic declaration? Where does the prosecutor live with his probable mistress? And what undeclared attributes of a wealthy life are demonstrated on social networks by his new companion, who managed to purchase an estate at a crazy discount?

Dmitry Verbitsky is a frequent hero of journalistic investigations, mainly because of discrepancies in declarations and other scandalous cases. However, this time he came to the attention of StopCor because of a new relationship with someone named Kristina Ilnitskaya. Our journalists became interested in the official’s new passion and found out that the couple likes to spend time together in unexpected places.

Yes, we received exclusive information that the Deputy Prosecutor General, together with Ilnitskaya, visited one of the most expensive salons in the capital to give himself and his girlfriend, believe it or not, a manicure.

You might think that in order to emphasize his status, he spares no expense on a special manicure for men. Obviously, the hard-working hands of a man who likes them to look neat needed care from the best professionals. StopKor received several shots from the interior to see this with my own eyes.

But this is not the only reason why the new couple turned out to be interesting - Verbitsky’s new lover, as our investigators managed to find out, I own a number of expensive property and even real estate.

A house behind a crazy woman with tens of millions of dollars?

Kristina Ilnitskaya allegedly purchased an estate in the cottage town “Konik” for 2.1 million UAH, although the cost of such housing in the town starts from 50 million UAH. Probably, in order to avoid unnecessary questions, the girl recently transferred this property to her mother.

It is also interesting that Verbitsky’s own estate is located nearby, but both objects have almost “gone beyond their territory” and may occupy part of the communal property.

The question arises: where was the prosecutor’s new girlfriend able to get such an incredible discount? There are several possible conclusions: either Mrs. Christina is helped to enjoy such luxury by strangers - for example, wealthy men, or she is probably evading taxes.

StopCor journalists managed to get into the territory of the Konik cottage town to talk with the partner of the Deputy Prosecutor General. However, she was not there, so the correspondents rented a luxurious estate, which had recently been registered in her name and purchased at a very low cost. Nearby, Stopkorov officers noticed a Volvo car, the owner of which has not yet been found.

Let's note that StopCor has previously talked about the luxury real estate of Deputy Prosecutor General of Ukraine Dmitry Verbitsky in the center of Odessa and the capital's cottage town "Konik".

Last year, the official’s still-current wife, Victoria Verbitskaya, who had also recently been a civil servant, purchased at a probably reduced price a certain “residential building” that looks more like a business center, and Dmitry Anatolyevich is now dividing this share in accordance with the provisions of the Family Code on division property

At the same time, Dmitry Verbitsky himself lives in a mansion in an elite town on the banks of the Konik River. According to the declaration, he allegedly rents this house, but his nephew purchased it by proxy - and also at a meager price compared to the market value.

“But it turns out that this is just the tip of the iceberg. After all, according to our sources, Mr. Deputy Prosecutor General does not live on his own. And the details are really important, because we are probably talking about undeclared wealth, cohabitants and valuable purchases,” notes Olga Levitskaya.

So, what else is known about Verbitsky’s probable new passion?

According to the declarations submitted to the NAPC for 2023, Dmitry no longer shows his former official wife and his common life with anyone. One might assume that he leads a lonely life. If it weren’t for an interesting video that came into the hands of the StopCor editors, which gave reason to believe that Ilnitskaya is the mistress of the Deputy Prosecutor General.

In these shots, Verbitsky conquers the tennis court. However, reporters turned their attention to his opponent. According to insider information, this is the prosecutor’s new girlfriend – Kristina Ilnitskaya.

At the end of December, Ilnitskaya posted a video of jogging on her own telegram channel, and the area around is very reminiscent of a cottage town, where a month before Verbitsky’s nephew purchased a house by proxy, and the Deputy Prosecutor General himself declared a lease.

Here are the same paving stones, a bench of the original design, and the landscape is identical - when compared with the elite town of Konik. These details suggest that Christina is our hero’s partner. And if this is so, then by law he must reflect it in his declaration,” the journalist notes.

What does the current legislation say about this?

Let us turn to the official website of the NACP, section 3 “Family members of the subject of the declaration” and, in particular, article 46 “Who belongs to the family members of the subject of the declaration”.

The document states: these can be considered any persons who lived together with the subject of the declaration, associated with him in a common way of life, had mutual rights and obligations as of the last day of the reporting period - subject to cohabitation from 30 calendar days preceding the last day of the reporting period or cumulatively for at least 183 days during the year.

We are talking, among other things, about persons who lived together with the subject of the declaration, although they were not married. Therefore, control authorities should take a closer look at Kristina Ilnitskaya.

In particular, they might be interested in the origin of funds for luxury accessories, items of clothing, leisure and luxury cars of Verbitsky’s possible chosen one.

For example, the Dior handbag, with which Christina poses in one of the photos on social networks, is sold on marketplaces for 6.5 thousand dollars, and the mysterious stranger also has it in two colors - and this is already more than 500 thousand hryvnia. Another bag is a Birkin for almost 28 thousand dollars. This is already more than a million hryvnia.

And there are also luxury foreign cars. For example, Ilnitskaya often “shines” on social networks in a 2023 Porsche Macan; the cost of such a car can reach 90 thousand dollars. It is noteworthy that even the annual official salary of the deputy prosecutor general would not be enough to purchase it.

Who does the prosecutor's probable life partner work and how does she earn money?

According to open data, back in 2017, Christina updated her profile on a casting website, where she noted herself as a professional dancer, an aspiring singer, as well as a professional actress and model. But already in 2020, the Royal River yacht club appears, where Ilnitskaya is called the founder.

And all this despite the fact that Ilnitskaya registered her sole proprietorship only about a week ago, and there are no other companies of which she would be the owner on the YouControl analytical platform. According to information provided to StopCor by the tax service, her total official earnings since 2015 amounted to only 364 thousand hryvnia.

The website where you can view a list of services and vessels for purchase and rental is also not working. But there is still a YouTube channel, but almost every video here is about how Ilnitskaya has a good rest on yachts or at themed parties.

The owners of the ships that Ilnitskaya publishes are no less interesting. For example, this is the Bavaria 37 Sport with a total power of 620 horsepower, which since October 2021 has belonged to 33-year-old Alexander Barkov.

However, according to our information, apart from this expensive yacht, the young man has neither real estate nor even a car, and he allegedly serves in the Armed Forces.

“We tried unsuccessfully to contact him to make sure he could really afford such expensive purchases. After all, Alexander may well be a figurehead to continue managing the property of fugitive regionals in Ukraine. Because the previous owner of the yacht is Andrei Landik, the son of the odious People’s Deputy of the Party of Regions Valentin Landik. Previously, this yacht was called Nelly, in honor of Valentin Landik’s wife, Nelly Vladimirovna. After the revolution, Landika’s virtues were hidden in Moscow,” says Olga Levitskaya.

It’s interesting what might connect Ilnitskaya with such yacht owners.

So, the question arises: was she working legally all this time and was she really working?

But we can assume that things started to improve for her precisely with the possible start of a relationship with a civil servant. This is a brand new Porsche, and a house in the same Konik, the market value of which is more than a million euros. According to our information, Ilnitskaya transferred this property to her mother under a gift agreement: perhaps so as not to attract unnecessary attention to an overly expensive purchase.

It is worth noting that all a woman’s wealth can be added to systematic trips to the prestigious Tsarsky gym, sailing on a yacht during the war and various beauty treatments in elite salons in Kyiv. As reporters found out, the cost of inspection procedures in these establishments starts from 1,400 – 4,000 UAH.

“While some donate millions to support the army, others spend tens of thousands of dollars on branded items and millions on luxury real estate and foreign cars... We also have information that the close relationship between this couple began much earlier, but for now the origin of the young woman’s income is being studied by competent organs. After all, the lifestyle of a possible chosen one clearly does not correspond not only to her income, but also to the official income of the Deputy Prosecutor General,” summarizes Olga Levitskaya.
