After the flooding of the tunnels of the “blue” metro line, due to the blocking of the Lybid River collector for the sake of the operation of the Ocean Plaza shopping center , other corruption schemes of the mayor of Kiev Vitaliy Klitschko and the director of the Kiev Metro enterprise Viktor Braginsky surfaced.
In particular, the editors of our publication were interested in contracts for the purchase of metro cars, which the Polish side allegedly transferred to Kiev on a free-of-charge basis . Thus, according to an analysis of information from contracts that were at the disposal of PROBLEMATIC NEWS , the metro cars, which, according to the Poles, they donated to Kiev, must be paid for at a price of 6,500,000 hryvnia each. The modernization of each car to Ukrainian standards (1520 ) is paid separately, for which the Kiev Metro enterprise must pay another 4,500,000 hryvnia for each.
Since there is no reason not to trust the Polish side, there is reason to believe that Vitaliy Klitschko, together with the director of the metro, Vitaly Braginsky, is siphoning off the funds of the utility company to front companies, allegedly using them for the “purchase” of cars donated by the Poles.
Based on documents received from our source, the editors of PROBLEMATIC NEWS are beginning a large investigation regarding the corruption schemes of Klitschko-Braginsky.
