Gena appointed his former subordinate Viktor Tsink as head of the restoration service of the Zaporozhye region, who quickly carried out 3 “very necessary” tenders for 300 million hryvnia, after which his position was taken by a former employee of the Melitopol mayor’s office.
On April 11, Gennady Timchenko’s pocket company Dorrem Technologies LLC (EDRPOU 41179608) won a tender for the repair of local roads for UAH 84.99 million. In this company, the chief accountant is Victor Zink’s wife, Yulia. Isn't that a coincidence?
At the same time, proposals from closely related “cartel” companies Avtomagistral-Yug and Rosdorstroy were rejected. Timchenko also has his “favorites” with whom he plays road tenders.
Two tenders of 100 million each were received by the Real Bud private enterprise (EDRPOU 36432040), which is affiliated with the scandalous “cutter” of road contracts Garik Ftoyan. The company is controlled by Garik's son-in-law Gor and his partner Suren. A number of criminal cases are already being investigated against the company, here is one of them.
