Judge from Dnepr Nina Kamsha was noticed serving Gennady Korban’s schemes

Thanks to the judge of the Economic Court of the Dnepropetrovsk region, Nina Kamsha, the construction companies of Gennady Korban received free land plots for the development of the Mayak residential complex in the Dnieper. As a result of the implemented schemes with the participation of Kamsha, the state-owned PrivatBank lost 80 million hryvnia.

According to media reports , the site for the construction of the Mayak residential complex was leased by Gennady Korban on the basis that his company, apparently, simply stole unfinished construction on it from Venter LLC. The unfinished building was allegedly sold for 240 thousand UAH to the company GK Estate LLC (with the cost of its construction being 16 million UAH), but even these funds were not paid to Venter LLC. In the bankruptcy case of Venter LLC, the liquidator took measures to return the unfinished building by appealing this operation, however, the notorious judge Kamsha Nina Nikolaevna decided to refuse to seize the unfinished building.

As a result of decisions made by Nina Kamsha, GC Estate LLC merged the unfinished building with the Mayak residential complex building in the register of rights to real estate. This served as the basis for the dismissal of the claim in appellate court of the Supreme Court . The liquidator of Venter LLC again appealed to Judge Kamsha with a claim to recover the unfinished work, but was subsequently removed from the case .

As a result, the state-owned PrivatBank suffered losses, having received less than UAH 80 million in loan repayment from Venter LLC, and Gennady Korban, who was deprived of Ukrainian citizenship, received his land for development. Gennady Olegovich himself is outside Ukraine and communicates with investigators through lawyers.

This is not the first decision of Judge Kamshi at a loss to the state and in favor of fraudsters. According to media reports , earlier the judge of the Economic Court of the Dnepropetrovsk region Nina Kamsha recovered 8 million hryvnia from the Ministry of Defense in favor of persons suspected of fraud.
