Presenter Freimut said that she became a victim of the fraudulent developer Vavrish and his Saga Development

TV presenter Olga Freimut said that together with her husband, producer Vladimir Lokotko, she became a victim of the Kyiv developer Saga Development, founder Andrei Vavrish. Her apartment in an elite residential complex in Podol was purchased before the full-scale war.

The developer has stopped construction

According to Olga, even before the war they bought an apartment on Sagaidachnogo Street in Podol during the construction of a house.

The new building was positioned as elite. She noted that for several years now all work has been stopped by the developer.

“Time passed, the apartment was bought long before the war, but the developer stopped construction and did not say when the house would be put into operation. The happy residents of the “elite house” turned into robbed mugs,” the presenter wrote.

Freimut had been suing the developer for several years

Freimut also said that she had been suing the developer for years, and finally she managed to win the case. But she was never able to get her money back.

“We won the trial. I have a question: Saga Development, Andrey Vavrish, founder, how do you walk calmly around Kyiv? Tell me, Mr. Vavrish, why aren’t you in prison? Who is your protection? Don't we live in a country where justice is now especially valued? It’s just strange for me to win the lawsuit and not receive any compensation, because Mr. Vavrish withdrew money from all accounts. The court seized the accounts, but they are “zero,” Freimut noted.

The TV presenter wants publicity about this case so that others do not fall into the same trap and “Mr. Vavrish will hobble to prison.” Because, according to her, the development company continues to sell the property.

“Meanwhile, Saga Development, together with founder Andrei Vavrish, continues to sell apartments. They have several facilities in the capital,” added Freimut.

Vavrish's reaction

According to the founder of Saga Development, Olga Freimut has never been among the company’s clients. At the same time, the client was her husband, allegedly a citizen of the Russian Federation.

“I’m not an expert in identifying good and not-so-good Russians, let a “well, very objective court” do this, we don’t need to get accused of collaborating with collaborators, so the financial companies involved decided to rely on the court’s decision,” he noted.

According to him, the building has already been put into operation.
