In the spotlight

Vladislav Miroshnichenko and his crypto scams

Among the friends of Alexander Slobozhenko there was a mysterious millionaire.

In August 2024, detectives from the Bureau of Economic Security opened criminal proceedings against blogger and owner of the Traffic Devils company Alexander Slobozhenko, who was charged with suspicion of tax evasion on an especially large scale - more than UAH 231 million. BEB detectives seized eight of Slobozhenko’s sports cars and several of his apartments in Kyiv. This situation forced the publication BlackBox to pay attention to other personalities.

A young 26-year-old Kharkov resident Vladislav Miroshnichenko served guests of Kharkov bars and hookah bars a couple of years ago, and today he spends hundreds of thousands of dollars on luxury sports cars, foreign travel, renting private jets and expensive real estate in the capital. He withdraws his income of unknown origin into cryptocurrency, thereby hiding it from the state and without paying taxes.

As it turned out, during martial law it is possible to evade not only military service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, but also the payment of taxes, which are so necessary for the country in order to maintain its defense. As a result, with unpaid taxes you can “buy” yourself a deferment from the army and live your “best” life: travel by private jets, change expensive foreign cars to suit your mood and buy apartments in elite residential complexes of the capital.

26-year-old Kharkov resident Vladislav Miroshnichenko: from a hookah bar worker to a dollar millionaire

We decided to ask who these new millionaires were, so famously living out their youth in a warring country, and discovered that another interesting character had not yet come to the attention of law enforcement officers, who, at the young age of 26, literally took off in two years of a full-scale war "from an ordinary hookah bar worker to a dollar millionaire flaunting his luxurious life on social networks.

We are talking about Vladislav Miroshnichenko, a native of Kharkov, a friend of Alexander Slobozhenko: judging by Vlad’s Instagram page, they celebrated their birthday together in the Carpathians.

Miroshnichenko’s lifestyle is not much different from the lifestyle of his “colleagues”: the same luxurious trips abroad, the same ultra-expensive sports cars, and so on. The only thing that distinguishes them is that Vlad hides his face in all the photographs that he posts online. But we managed to find a photo of him without a blurred face.

Just two or three years ago, Vladislav Miroshnichenko was the most ordinary young guy from Kharkov from an ordinary family who lived in an ordinary apartment in a panel house on Merefyanskoe Highway - on the outskirts of the city near the industrial zone. His previous personal mobile number in the Getcontact application was signed by telephone subscribers as follows: “Vlad Bartender Metropol”, “Vlad Chill Out”, “Vlad Security Agency Masks”, “Vlad Letopark Competitors”, “Vlad Infinity Bar Experience”. Chill Out, Infinity and Letopark are the names of Kharkov bars and hookah bars, where 23-year-old Vladislav Miroshnichenko worked at that time. Until a full-scale war came.

As soon as the war began, according to BlackBox OSINT, the guy left Kharkov and stayed in Transcarpathia for about four months - until July 2022. After spending the first months in the “quiest” region, Vlad moved to Kyiv, where he began a completely different life. The ordinary “socket” was replaced by the elite residential complex “French Quarter 2”, and instead of public transport, the guy began to have brand new luxury cars one after another. First a 2020 BMW X6 for about $85,000, then a 2023 Porsche Cayenne for $140,000.

Then, on January 26, 2024, Miroshnichenko bought himself a brand new 2023 BMW M3 for $133,500, and then a 2024 Mercedes-Benz G 63 AMG for another $280,000. During the two years of the war, the former bartender and hookah man made purchases of cars alone for a total of almost 650 thousand US dollars, which at the current exchange rate is almost 27 million hryvnia.

And these are just cars. After living for a while in a rented apartment in the French Quarter, Vladislav in October 2023 purchased an apartment with an area of 105 square meters in the no less elite metropolitan residential complex "Triiinity" and, according to data from the Register of Real Estate Rights, registered it in the name of his mother Olga Miroshnichenko . The cost of an apartment of this size in this residential complex is now around 350 thousand US dollars.

Later, in November 2023, Miroshnichenko bought and registered for himself two parking spaces in the same residential complex “Triiinity”, each 18 square meters worth approximately 68 thousand dollars. There are a lot of cars, so they need to be parked somewhere. Thus, in a short period of time, 26-year-old Vladislav Miroshnichenko spent approximately 480 thousand dollars on the purchase of real estate.

He spent at least another $297,000 on a Richard Mille watch and another $30,000 on a Rolex Cosmograph Daytona, which he showed off to his Instagram followers.

Vladislav’s girlfriend, 23-year-old Polina Polozenko, is also not in poverty, who also demonstrates a generally luxurious life on her Instagram, travels a lot, dresses in branded items and wears precious jewelry from Tiffany, Cartier, Van Cleef and accessories from Gucci and Louis Vuitton. At the same time, she registered her sole proprietorship with the type of activity computer programming only on April 5, 2024, and during these 5 months it has not yet brought her any profit.

However, on June 4, 2024, Polina became the owner of a 2021 Mercedes-Benz C 200. The average cost of such a car is $58,500. Considering that the girl does not work anywhere, her newly created individual entrepreneur does not bring in income, she has no other understandable sources of income, then, more than likely, she receives an expensive car, jewelry and branded items from her boyfriend Vladislav Miroshnichenko.

Vlad Miroshnichenko comes from an ordinary family without much income. Where did the guy get the money from then?

Where does a guy who only recently made money from tips at a bar get that kind of money? Maybe one of the relatives suddenly became rich? Unless. The guy’s mother, 47-year-old Olga Miroshnichenko, only in April of this year, at her place of residence in Kharkov, registered a sole proprietorship with the type of activity: retail sale of clothing in specialized stores, and, according to photographs from her page on the social network Facebook, she gives the impression of an ordinary modest woman who cannot financially afford to purchase an apartment for 350 thousand dollars in the center of Kyiv.

Perhaps Vladislav’s brother, 22-year-old Stanislav Miroshnichenko, achieved some success? But no, Stanislav, like his brother recently, also works as a hookah man in Kharkov bars. This is evidenced by the signatures of his mobile number in the phone books of subscribers: “Stas Hookahs”, “Stas Hookah man HTZ”, “Stas Miroshnichenko brother Vada”, “Hookahs in Letopark”, “Brother Kropa (hookah)”, “Hookah man Letopark”. It also turns out that in the same Letopark bar where Vladislav worked. According to the Register of Real Estate Rights, Vladislav Miroshnichenko’s brother does not own real estate or cars.

Therefore, what is the secret of success of a guy from an ordinary family who suddenly has more than $1.5 million just to purchase cars, real estate and expensive watches? That's not counting the visits to expensive restaurants and the expensive trips abroad on private jets that he boasts about on his Instagram.

How Miroshnichenko freely crosses the border and enjoys holidays in Europe and the Middle East

And Vladislav Miroshnichenko made as many as eight foreign trips during martial law and restrictions on the departure of those liable for military service. Thus, among other things, in February-March 2023 he was in the United Arab Emirates. From July 7 to July 19, 2023 - in Barcelona, Spain. From December 9 to 16, Vladislav spent a week in the Czech Republic and Austria, then the New Year holidays from January 4 to 14, 2024 - in Switzerland, where he flew with his girlfriend and friends on a private helicopter in the Alps.

Another month later, he flew back to the UAE, where he rested for three weeks from February 17 to March 7. And from April 22 to August 29, 2024, for more than four months, Vladislav Miroshnichenko traveled through Saudi Arabia, France, Moldova, Cyprus, Italy, Spain, Austria, the Netherlands, Poland and Switzerland. It is not possible to find legal grounds for his travel on vacation to the countries of Europe and the Middle East. Probably, like many of his friends, Vladislav was able to obtain a certificate of unfitness for military service, thanks to which he lives his “best life.”

How much does Vladislav Miroshnichenko officially earn?

It's all about expenses. Let's now look at the guy's official income - where does it come from and whether it coincides with these unimaginable expenses.

As is known from open register data, after moving to Kyiv on September 13, 2022, Vladislav registered a sole proprietorship with as many as 35 types of activities - from bread production, restaurant business, activities of sports clubs and advertising agencies to computer programming, which was chosen as the main activity. What exactly does Miroshnichenko actually do about this? According to our data, all this time his individual entrepreneur cooperated only with other individual entrepreneurs, whose main activity is the restaurant business and mobile catering. But at the same time, we did not find any evidence that 26-year-old Miroshnichenko is really engaged in the restaurant business, and therefore we make a reasonable conclusion that all operations and all transactions through which money passed through this individual entrepreneur are fictitious.

And this fact proves it. The income of individual entrepreneur Vladislav Yurievich Miroshnichenko in 2022 amounted to 694,000 UAH (18,980 US dollars), in 2023 - 5,216,346 UAH (138,900 US dollars), and in 2024, as of September - only 4,000 UAH (100 US dollars) USA). The amount of profit received in 2023 almost exactly coincides with the amount that Miroshnichenko spent on the purchase of two parking spaces in the Triiinity residential complex - $137,240. To purchase cars, you do not need to confirm your income, but in order to undergo financial monitoring when paying for the purchase of real estate, you need to somehow confirm the origin of your money. This is what Miroshnichenko probably did, “driving” this money through his individual entrepreneur, concluding fictitious agreements with other individual entrepreneurs, allegedly for restaurant and mobile catering services.

And, you see, it’s somehow strange that a relatively “successful” individual entrepreneur in 2023 with a profit of more than 5 million UAH in 2024 for some reason earns only $100. It’s also strange that in terms of Vladislav’s expenses, 2024 is more than fruitful: he bought two super-expensive cars for himself and another one for his girlfriend. And in terms of income, it turns out that he has been living on $100 for 9 months already.

The discrepancy between the former bartender's income and expenses today reaches at least $1.4 million. In other words, Vladislav Miroshnichenko spends 10 times more than he earns. This, again, does not take into account his expenses for traveling abroad with private jets and helicopters, photos of which he posts on his Instagram.

How Vladislav Miroshnichenko created the fictitious company Mirror Reflection

Therefore, if a private entrepreneur was created only for the fictitious legalization of money, then where did they come from? In the description of the account nobodyknows.satoshi on Instagram, owned by Vladislav, there is a link to another page called Mirror Reflection - a project that sells courses on learning cryptocurrency trading, that is, buying and selling cryptocurrency for profit. According to open data, Miroshnichenko created this company in March 2023.

On the project website you can choose and buy one of several courses: for beginners in the world of crypto trading, the Crypto from Zero course for $399, the 1x1 course for $4999 for those who want to have their own personal mentor who will accompany the entire period of learning how to work with cryptocurrency, and also sells a subscription to Networks for $99 a month, where you can receive information from experienced traders on how to better behave in the cryptocurrency market.

That is, in other words, the project is engaged in the sale of educational services. The site's public offer agreement states that the provision of services, the list of which is posted on the site, is carried out by Industrial Retail LLC. The director and sole founder of this LLC is our hero Vladislav Yurievich Miroshnichenko, and the company’s registration address is the address of the Kharkov apartment near the industrial zone in which Vladislav, his mother and brother are registered.

But here's what's interesting. This LLC, according to OpendataBot, was called Kokhnovsky Quarry LLC back in January 2024; the main activity of the company is still wood wholesale trade. The company, according to reports, employs 1 person - that is, Vladislav Miroshnichenko himself, and the company’s profit for 2023 amounted to as much as 0 hryvnia.

Despite this, Vladislav positions Mirror Reflection as a successful company with at least two offices - in the Pechersky district of Kyiv and in Spain. He published photos of these offices on his Instagram.

However, as it turned out, all this is the same fiction as Miroshnichenko’s sole proprietorship. The Mirror Reflection office in Pechersk is actually the office of Vostok Bank on Lesi Ukrainka Boulevard 26, the sign of which Miroshnichenko simply changed in Photoshop to the logo of his project.

And the published photo of the supposedly Mirror Reflection office in Spain is actually a photo of the Bike Center Astoria bicycle store in Spain, the sign of which was also simply redrawn in a photo editor.

That is, in fact, Mirror Reflection does not have any offices, and Vladislav Miroshnichenko only misleads his subscribers, creating the image of a legal and successful businessman. And if he really makes money from selling crypto trading training courses, then this money definitely somehow goes past Industrial Retail LLC, which has no registered employees. This means that Miroshnichenko does not pay any taxes.

Friends of Vladislav Miroshnichenko: an athlete and a domestic abuser who quickly became businessmen

There is another company where Vladislav Miroshnichenko is a co-founder along with a number of other people. This is Ikigai Group LLC with the main activity of providing lease and operation of own or leased real estate. Together with Miroshnichenko, the co-founders of the company are Evgeniy Trusov, Mikhail Uvarov, Alexander Gorkushin, Vitaly Dukhopelov and Maxim Yakupov. The company was founded recently - on February 20, 2024, the authorized capital today is 16 million 530 thousand UAH.

This company is probably also fictitious, because there are no financial statements and no information about income. But the characters of its co-founders are interesting.

For example, 30-year-old Kharkov resident Evgeniy Vyacheslavovich Trusov. According to media reports, it is known that he is an international master of sports in rugby league, a player of the national team of Ukraine, a European champion and a multiple champion and winner of the Ukrainian Rugby League Cup.

At the same time, judging by his Instagram page, until 2020 he worked as a rehabilitation specialist, treating scoliosis and body contouring. And the signatures of his mobile number in the phone books of subscribers indicate that he also worked as a security guard at the Kharkov Altbir restaurant, as a driver, forwarder, trainer and rehabilitation therapist at the Dr. Bubnovsky medical center in Kharkov.

However, among others, such tags of his number in GetContact as “Zhenya Office Hark” and “Zhenya Offices” are interesting, because despite the fact that Evgeniy devoted his life to a sports career from childhood, worked as a security guard, driver, rehabilitator and coach, these the signatures seem suspicious because none of the listed professions involve working in offices. We’ll talk about what “Offices” tags can mean later. In the meantime, let’s pay attention to what Trusov is doing after the start of the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine.

On September 13, 2022, Evgeny Trusov registered his sole proprietorship with the main activity of computer programming. It was on the same day that Vladislav Miroshnichenko registered his sole proprietorship with the same type of activity.

Further, on October 18, 2023, Trusov founded Billiardnaya LLC, which, according to registers, is engaged in the activities of restaurants and the provision of mobile catering services. It is so busy that there are still no registered employees and, according to financial statements for 2023, this LLC has not brought in any income. On February 10, 2023, Trusov also became the founder of the charitable foundation “Fund 1654”, on May 11, 2024 - one of the founders and beneficiaries of Eco Sapropel LLC, which produces fertilizers and nitrogen compounds. But that's not all. On June 7, 2024, Evgeniy Trusov founded another LLC, Community Cloud Keeper, with the type of activity being advertising agencies.

Such a number of companies registered by the athlete and security guard Trusov with such a “scattering” of their types of activities and also a charitable foundation in addition - all this looks like all these enterprises are fictitious, and were created, most likely, for the further legalization of unofficial income.

Exactly three days before Vladislav Miroshnichenko and Evgeniy Trusov synchronously registered their individual entrepreneurs, on September 10, 2022, this was done by another co-founder of Ikigai Group LLC, Vitaly Dukhopelov, also a Kharkov resident, who recently, according to data from the Register of Real Estate Rights property, is the owner of two garages No. 114 and No. 115, in one of the most expensive residential complexes "Boulevard of Fountains" in Kyiv. The main KVED of his sole proprietorship is the operation of restaurants and the provision of mobile catering services. Probably, in particular, Vladislav Miroshnichenko enters into agreements with his individual entrepreneur to pump money.

In addition, on November 8, 2023, Miroshnichenko’s associate founded Success Eds LLC, whose main activity is advertising agencies. According to the company's financial statements, it is unprofitable. However, the guy has a 2021 Audi SQ8, which today costs between 80 and 100 thousand US dollars, and which, according to BlackBox OSINT, in February 2023 he gave to Vladislav Miroshnichenko to travel abroad.

But the most interesting among Miroshnichenko’s entourage is another co-founder of Ikigai Group LLC - 39-year-old native of the Murmansk region of the Russian Federation, resident of Kharkov, Mikhail Uvarov, nicknamed “Frenchman”. Like Miroshnichenko, Trusov and Dukhopelov, on September 13, 2022, he registered a sole proprietorship with the main activity of computer programming. Like other friends, he, too, was not left without his company, having registered Impact Innovation LLC on June 5, 2024 with the same type of activity.

Uvarov has a very rich background. At the end of 2018, Mikhail, who at that time still bore the last name Kuritsyn (which he changed to Uvarov in 2021), was put on the wanted list by the police on suspicion of committing, together with his accomplice, theft on a large scale. In 2019, the Dzerzhinsky District Court of the city of Kharkov considered criminal proceedings No. 12018220480004858 and No. 12019220510000478 on charges of Uvarov and his partner committing crimes under Part 4 of Article 185 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The court case lasted two years, after which Kuritsyn changed his last name to Uvarov.

As some media reported, then Uvarov, who was involved in car robberies, boasted in conversations with friends that he had given a bribe to the judge in the amount of 10 thousand dollars. Judging by the fact that he never ended up in prison, but eventually became one of the co-founders of Vladislav Miroshnichenko’s company, this seems to be true. In any case, he, apparently, did not bear real responsibility for the crimes committed.

In addition, Mikhail Uvarov is also known in Kharkov for committing domestic violence against his wife Ekaterina Uvarova. In December 2021, passers-by caught an incident on video when Uvarov’s BMW X5 stopped in the middle of the road on Freedom Square in Kharkov, and from the open doors his wife shouted “Let go!” to the entire street, trying to escape from her husband’s hands. Then, in February 2022, Ekaterina Uvarova recorded and distributed a video message online calling for help in punishing Mikhail Uvarov for the violence and threats he makes against her.

“Who can help in the fight against domestic violence? I’ve been in this situation for 5 years now, and I can’t run away, because they could simply kill or maim me for this, as he has promised to do all these years,” Ekaterina Uvarova said on camera. The police then responded and detained Uvarov at the kindergarten, where he had arrived to pick up the children. It seems that in the future he was forbidden to see his children, but that was the end of the story. However, Mikhail Uvarov is involved in many administrative, civil and criminal cases, in particular about domestic violence, theft and other crimes.

Are Vladislav Miroshnichenko and his friends committing fraud using illegal call centers?

In the GetContact application, Uvarov’s mobile number is signed by subscribers, among other things, as “Misha Sanya Crypt” and “Misha Office”. Remember, we already mentioned that one of the co-founders of Ikigai Group, Evgeniy Trusov, is also signed as “Zhenya Office Khark” and “Zhenya Offices”? According to insider information from BlackBox OSINT, Mikhail “French” is engaged in the illegal activities of call centers that call citizens and fraudulently force them to transfer money to them.

And, as you know, scammers often call such call centers “offices” for short. It is likely that Evgeniy Trusov, who, as we have already noted, devoted his entire life to a sports career and did not work in an office job, was also signed up by subscribers because of connections with illegal call centers. Moreover, the number of Vladislav Miroshnichenko himself is signed by some subscribers as “Vladik Limonadik Office”, “Kent Duha Office”, “Vlad Office 1”.

According to our information, Alexander Shatun, one of Vladislav Miroshnichenko’s friends, is responsible for financial support for the activities of call centers and the formation of databases of numbers for dialing. Alexander Shatun is a co-founder of Fragment Agency LLC, which positions itself as an advertising agency. Its second co-founder is Prokhor Guz, known online as Cryptomannn, who is one of Vladislav Miroshnichenko’s closest friends.

Crypto trading or call centers: so how do Vladislav Miroshnichenko and his friends earn money?

It is difficult to answer this question unambiguously. Illegal call centers are one of the versions of how former hookah bar employee Vladislav Miroshnichenko earns his excess profits amounting to millions of dollars, with which he buys sports cars and apartments. The second version is income from crypto services of the Mirror Reflection project. Together with Prokhor Guz, Vladislav Miroshnichenko applied for registration of the ExBid trademark, a cryptocurrency exchange service operating in Kharkov and Kyiv and “tied” to the services of Miroshnichenko’s Mirror Reflection project, the income from the provision of which is somewhere in cryptocurrency and disappears, bypassing taxation.

In any case, given that of all the companies where Miroshnichenko is registered as a founder or co-founder, not one of them has any trace of cash flow, and only his sole proprietorship is conditionally profitable (although those official incomes, as we have already noted, at best, 10 times less than the expenses of a 26-year-old crypto expert), it turns out that most of the money, no matter where the guy receives it, is not taxed.

Moreover, the fact that former bartenders, hookah workers, drivers, rehabilitation specialists and thieves registered identical sole proprietorships on the same day and suddenly became programmers, crypto experts and crypto traders raises many questions that law enforcement agencies must definitely answer.

Where and from where are young guys who yesterday were unknown people, today, in the midst of a full-scale war, receive millions of dollars and generally demonstrate how they exchange sports cars for hundreds of thousands of dollars, fly private planes and helicopters around the world, dress their girls in branded jewelry and the like? But isn’t it time for the tax service and the BEB, in conditions when the state is looking for where else to raise taxes in order to balance the deficit budget of a warring country, to pay attention to young cryptocurrencies who are sowing money left and right, obviously not knowing where else to spend it? ?
