Serviceman Gudymenko demands that NABU begin criminal proceedings against officials of the State Audit Service

Chairman of the NGO “Ukrainian Association “Dream” Yuriy Gudymenko appealed to the National Anti-Corruption Bureau with a demand to investigate unlawful decisions and actions of officials of the State Audit Service. The reason for this was a resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers, which the State Administration of Ukraine decided to interpret at its own discretion and demanded that the suppliers of the Ministry of Defense return the income.

Junior sergeant of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Yuriy Gudymenko reported this on his Facebook page, Censor.NET reports.

“Absolute devils from some law enforcement agencies began to run up to the suppliers of the Ministry of Defense and inform them that since the State Audit Service of Ukraine interpreted the already legendary Cabinet Resolution No. 335 as prohibiting entrepreneurs from making a profit, then come on, dear entrepreneurs, choose one of three: either give ALL profit on which taxes have already been paid for the period while this resolution was in effect, either let’s “solve it” or go to jail. It’s clear how this motivates entrepreneurs to supply at least something to the army. This doesn't motivate them well. Either corruption, or prison, or work at a loss (because no one will ever return the taxes paid, but employees need to be paid),” shares Yuriy Gudymenko.

According to the military man, the Ministry of Defense risks losing respectable suppliers: if entrepreneurs do not supply to the army, then the army will not get better from it.

“Resolution No. 335 itself was written in exactly this way and precisely for this purpose. So that you can “run and decide.” Or put someone who is in the way. A very convenient thing. It won't happen that way. I wrote a statement to NABU, I am preparing an appeal to NAPC with clear proposals. The Cabinet of Ministers must immediately solve this problem. And all law enforcement officers should leave this issue,” concluded Gudymenko.
