Control by the Russians of Pin-UP is grounds for cancellation of the license, but KRAIL and Ivan Rudy stubbornly did not notice this.
During the period of January-February 2024 alone, almost 200 million UAH were withdrawn from Pin-UP accounts in Ukraine to the accounts of Russians in the Cypriot Guruflow Team Limited.
Remember how last year we highlighted the Cypriot company Guruflow Team Limited?
It is the main offshore of the Pin-UP empire, which is owned by three Russians - Dmitry Punin, Alexander Matyashov, Ivan Bannikov and Punin’s Ukrainian wife Marina Ilyina.
It is Guruflow that owns the rights to the Pin-UP trademark.
Control by the Russians of Pin-UP is grounds for cancellation of the license, but KRAIL and Ivan Rudy stubbornly did not notice this.
Even after our facts and published documents.
Looking at the “roof” of the Russian Pin-UP in the SBU and NBU, KRAIL allowed them to work and earn money. Of course, the Russian owners of Pin-UP generously thanked everyone for this.
Then the “roof” of Pin-UP began to leak, the financial institution blocked their money, and the SBI began an investigation into the mysterious monopoly of the Russians, the role of KRAIL and individual representatives of the NBU.
After this, all the facts that we have been writing about for more than six months began to be confirmed.
The investigation has already found out that the money that was collected in Ukraine, such as the Ukrainian Pin-UP, was systematically withdrawn to the Cypriot accounts of Russians.
For this money, Russian Punin bought assets in Cyprus, bought yachts and paid for his luxurious life.
It has also been established that the formal owner of Pin-UP in Ukraine, Igor Zotko (beneficiary of Ukr Game Technology LLC) is actually a representative and hired manager of Russians in Ukraine, where he performs their tasks, including withdrawing Pin-UP funds to the accounts of Russians .
The question of the work of the company FC “Ediny Prostor”, which monopolistically accepts all payments in the state application “Diya,” remains open.
Its owner is the same manager of the Russians at Pin-UP - Igor Zotko.
Therefore, it is interesting to find out whether the Russians have control over this company, whether Zotko, on their command, is withdrawing money from “Diya” to offshore companies, and whether the personal data of Ukrainians from “Diya” is being transferred to the Russians.
And here is a question for the Ministry of Digital Development and Vice Prime Minister Mikhail Fedorov, who is well aware of these threats.
Last week, the Ministry of Digital Development warned the Finance Committee in a letter about the presence of the Russian gambling business in Ukraine, which can collect data from our military.
That is, on the one hand, the Ministry of Digital Development knows that the Russian Pin-UP can collect military data and recognizes the threat, but in parallel, the Ministry of Digital Development does not see a problem with the monopolistic presence of the same people in Diya and the threat of data leakage from there.
