The honorable first place was taken by Anatoly Bondarenko, who holds the position of mayor of Cherkassy. Together with his wife, they own 8 apartments and houses, some of which they purchased in 2022. In addition, the spouses own a non-residential building, land plots and garages.
In second place was the head of the Nikolaev OVA Vitaly Kim. By the end of 2022, he and his wife owned 7 apartments: 5 with the head of the administration, and 2 with his chosen one. In addition, Kim owns non-residential premises.
The head of the Chernivtsi Regional Administration, Ruslan Zaparyuk, entered the top three leaders in real estate. The husband and his chosen one have 6 apartments on their account, of which 4 are in Chernivtsi that belong to the wife; in addition, the woman has another housing under construction on her account.
Dnieper Mayor Boris Filatov has slightly fewer real estate properties. Together with his wife, they own 5 residential premises, plots of land and a family recreation center. Filatov's chosen one is an apartment in Kyiv, Dnieper and a house in the Dnepropetrovsk region.
A modest fifth place in the ranking was taken by Andrey Raikovich, the head of the Kirovograd OVA. He has a number of real estate properties on his account: residential buildings in the village of Subotsy, land plots and a country house.
