31 apartments, 9 houses and 27 land plots. All this property is owned by two Lviv deputies, Yuri and Ostap Doskichi, together with their spouses. And this does not take into account non-residential premises, offices and production workshops.
This amount of real estate is the envy of any entrepreneur. If dozens of premises for production can be explained by the business activities of the Doskich brothers, then real estate for personal use raises a logical question: why so many? Journalists analyzed declarations and extracts from the register of rights of Lviv businessmen and found interesting connections that hint at possible corruption schemes or even money laundering.
Yuri Doskich and Ostap Doskich are deputies of the Lviv city and regional councils, respectively. True, they represent parties opposed to each other. Yuri Yuryevich became a deputy from the pro-government Servant of the People, while his brother Ostap Yuryevich is the elected member of European Solidarity. Both brothers own a number of enterprises related to the production of rolling metallurgy. Their main enterprise, Gal-Kat LLC, produces copper wires and cables. Recently, thanks to the court registry, journalists discovered Doskichev’s connections with the possible theft of Ukrzaliznytsia funds. The schemes are related specifically to the supply of copper wires to the railway
In addition to producing cables, the brothers have a construction business, which, in fact, explains the ownership of part of the real estate. But not all of them.
Apartments Doskičev
In Yuri Doskich’s declaration, journalists drew attention, first of all, to the number of apartments that he owns together with his wife. Comparing the information submitted by the deputy himself with extracts from the Register of Real Estate Rights, we can conclude that the family is buying up entire houses for the purpose of the upcoming reconstruction.
Yuri Doskich has five apartments in Lvov and another fourteen (!) to his wife Kristina. All the houses of the deputy-businessman’s wife are located in one house on Ivan Franko Street. Part is rented from the Department of Municipal Development of the Lviv City Council.
Moreover, according to a detailed extract from the Register of Rights, this entire building continues to belong to the Lviv City Council. The building is located a 15-minute walk from the Potocki Palace and very close to the Botanical Garden of Lviv University.
This is a historical building, permission for the conversion of which was issued by the Lviv City Council in 2019.
The reason for buying apartments in one building is its future reconstruction into modern housing with the subsequent sale of apartments. This conclusion is prompted by the actions of the wife of Yuri Doskich’s brother, Ostap. So, Anna Yaroslavna owns three apartments in a building on the same Ivan Franko Street in Lviv. Another two are Ostap Doskich himself, and another is their daughter Anastasia.
In May 2020, the executive committee of the Lviv City Council approved urban planning conditions for the reconstruction of this house in the historical area of the city. Permission was received by the Besedka-1 condominium association, the founders of which are the Doskich brothers and the aforementioned Anna Doskich. Although the house is located in the historical part of Lviv, according to the findings of the examination, it was completed in the 70-80s of the twentieth century by the Soviet government. This is what allowed the Doskich family to obtain permission to rebuild. According to the project, the house will become more modern, and its area will increase to 613 sq. m. This is probably a good investment for the Doskiches.
Yuriy and Ostap Doskichi are also the owners of four apartments in a building located on Ternopilska Street in Lviv. According to Google maps, the “First Family Medical Center named after. St. Jeremiah”, whose activities, in accordance with the Public Agreement on the provision of medical services, are registered as a sole proprietor Melnik Zoryana Stepanovna.
Ostap and Anna Doskich have three children. True, in the latest declaration only daughter Lilia is indicated. The eldest daughter Anastasia and son Vitaly also own interesting real estate in Lviv. As a couple, they are the owners of two apartments, four non-residential premises and a parking space in the new residential complex “Safe Town” on Kulparkovskaya Street.
This complex was built by the developer “New House”, which is legally called Lviv Investment Company LLC. It belongs to Lviv City Council deputy Nazariy Berbeka and businessmen Taras Didyk and Alexander Poternak.
In October 2022, Ostap Doskich’s wife Anna became the owner of a non-residential premises together with Berbeka and Didyk. We are talking about the same residential complex “Safe Town”.
Although the residential complex was formally built by the Berbeki company, previously there was a car depot at this address, part of which was bought by the Tibet company and located there the production facilities of a women's shoe factory. The owners of Tibet LLC are Yuri and Ostap Doskichi. In September 2020, the Lviv City Council allowed this company to change the purpose of the territory on Kulparkivska Street from industrial, transport and communications lands to residential and public development lands.
The Court Register reveals another interesting detail about the Doskichev family's construction business. Ostap Doskich is the third party in the case of unauthorized occupation of the lands of military camp No. 179 in the Lviv region. From the case materials, it became known that in 2011, the defendants unauthorizedly occupied a plot of 0.01845 hectares, which was used by the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine and was registered with the Apartment Maintenance Department of Lvov. Illegal construction began on it.
The defendants in the case are the Zadorozhny family. Taras Igorevich Zadorozhny had the same registration as Ostap Doskich’s wife Anna, which may indicate their relationship. Zadorozhny recently became the hero of a publication in the Polish press, which specifically mentions the case of a military camp in the context of the fact that its defendant crossed the border with Poland on the day of the start of Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine and lives in Warsaw.
He is the son-in-law of a businessman and politician from the Ivano-Frankivsk region, Mikhail Vinnik, and the owner of several companies for the production and supply of medicines.
Yuri Doskich, like his brother, also has three children. They are all adults, so he no longer lists them in the declaration.
But not only in Lviv Doskichi have real estate. Like any self-respecting businessman deputies, the brothers bought themselves apartments in the elite Pechersk in Kyiv. Yuri Doskich has two apartments in the Triumph residential complex next to the Botanical Garden. His brother has another apartment in the same apartment complex. Homes of similar square footage in this area are currently selling for $400,000 each. That is, three Doskichev apartments in Pechersk will easily cost almost $1.5 million.

The most interesting among the property of the Doskich family are private houses. Yuri and Kristina Doskich have five country estates in the Lviv region, one of which has been listed as unfinished since 2015. Three of them are located in the village of Malekhiv, one in the village of Zubra and another in Poltva, Lviv region.
Ostap and Anna Doskich have four houses. One of them is in the above-mentioned village of Malekhov, next to his brother’s family. According to Google maps, houses in Malekhiv are located on adjacent plots. In the same village, the brothers' families own 11 plots of land.
The largest house, with an area of 415 square meters, belongs to Yuri Doskich and is located in the village of Zubra. Here he also has two plots of land. The village is known for the fact that no less famous Lviv businessmen, the Dubnevich brothers, were born in it and have estates. Former people's deputy Yaroslav Dubnevich was put on the international wanted list in November 2023. He is accused of illegally appropriating 93 million hryvnia of Ukrzaliznytsia funds.
The houses of the Dubnevich families are located on the same street as the estate of Yuri Doskich. According to unverified data, the Dubnevichi and Doskichi are godfathers. And by a strange coincidence, both families are connected with the theft of public funds from Ukrzaliznytsia.

Business with an “amber scent”
As noted at the beginning of the material, Yuri and Ostap Doskichi also run a construction business. In particular, they own Stroyresurs Company LLC, co-founded by Prodivus Bogdan Stepanovich. This is the brother of former MP from the Party of Regions, ex-head of the Boxing Federation of Ukraine Vladimir Prodivus. The same one who appeared in the video of the showdown together with the amber mafia.
Prodivus and Doskichev are also connected by property in Kyiv. Yuri and Ostap own premises on Vito-Litovsky Lane. The Mostobud company is also located here, with which Vladimir Prodivus has been associated for many years. He himself, when he was still a people's deputy, called himself simply a shareholder of Mostostroy.

The huge amount of property, most of which has been declared, is certainly not a violation of the law. Therefore, it is quite difficult to present anything in this context to Yuri and Ostap Doskich. The same cannot be said about their connections with dubious individuals. If your business partner vouches for the mafia of amber diggers, and your godfather has escaped from Ukrainian justice, then at least it should arouse public interest. Moreover, as in the case of the Doskiches, they are representatives of the people in local authorities, whose companies were involved in a loud scandal regarding the illegal appropriation of public funds.
