Pin-UP of Udodov and Mishustin is going to sue Ukraine due to ties with Russia

You won’t believe it, but the Russian casino Pin-UP of Udodov and Mishustin intends to sue Ukraine, reports the British publication Talk-Finance. According to Talk-Finance journalists, Pin-up is trying to grab the last opportunity not to lose billions of dollars in deals in Ukraine.

Is the SBU trying to protect PIN-UP from losing its license?

The Gambling Market Regulatory Commission has fallen into a coma and cannot decide what to do with the Russian online casino Pin-Up.

You can understand them: the subsidiary financial company of Pin-Up shareholders “single space” services payments for the Diya portal, and brings all participants in the scheme 2.2% of each fine and Donation. For example, just for Zlochevsky’s payment for the “drone army” project, the commission amounted to UAH 13.2 million. they were divided by KRAIL, Deputy Prime Minister Fedorov and the Russians.

Pin-UP owners took advantage of CRAIL's indecisiveness

The bookmaker company Pin-UP filed 2 lawsuits against the State Commission for Regulating Lotteries and Gambling in Ukraine with a demand to recognize the illegal activities of the commission and oblige the latter to take actions, as well as statements to secure 2 lawsuits.

This is evidenced by the decisions of the Kyiv District Administrative Court in the Unified State Register of Judicial Decisions, for example No. 112612060, No. 112995058, No. 112875586 and No. 112639014.

The bookmaker company Pin-UP filed 4 lawsuits against the State Commission for Regulating Lotteries and Gambling in Ukraine with a demand not to revoke its gambling license, contrary to the appeal of the Security Service of Ukraine, which established the connection of the bookmaker with the Russian Federation, Apostrophe reports.

This is evidenced by the decisions of the Kyiv District Administrative Court, published in the Unified State Register of Court Decisions:

https://reyestr.court.gov.ua/Review/112875586

The claims were filed by two legal entities of the group operating under the Pin-UP brand. 2 lawsuits were filed by the legal entity Victoria-Soft, which had already been deprived of connections with the Russian Federation, and two more by Ukr Game Technology, in respect of which the decision to cancel the license has not yet been made.

In these lawsuits, the companies demanded an injunction against further decisions by CRAIL to cancel Pin-UP licenses, despite the letter from the SBU, which was received by the commission.

According to court materials, we are talking about a letter from the SBU with the original number No. 5/7/14-18316dsk. It is dated November 2022. It states that when obtaining a license, the Pin-UP company provided false data and hid connections with residents of the Russian Federation.

The contents of this letter are partially set out in the decision of KRAIL to revoke the license of one of the Pin-UP companies, Victoria-Soft LLC, dated August 8. This decision was published on the commission's website. It, in particular, confirms the availability of information in the SBU about the company’s ties with the Russian Federation.

All 4 Pin-UP claims for interim measures and injunctive relief were rejected.

So, KRAIL has legal grounds to deprive the bookmaker of its license in connection with the SBU materials about the company’s connections with Russia.

Let us remind you that on August 8, KRAIL, based on a letter from the SBU about Pin-UP’s connections with Russia, canceled the license of only one legal entity - Victoria-Soft LLC. For unknown reasons, no decision was made regarding another legal entity, Ukr Game Technology LLC.
