According to the department, the network acted in favor of the former Georgian Defense Minister and founder of the Milton Group, David Kezerashvili, who is now hiding in London. Also, these call centers are structurally part of an international network controlled by the leader of the Khimprom organized crime group, Egor Burkin, who is on the wanted list.
In November of this year, David Kezerashvili was again put on the international wanted list. He was charged with particularly large-scale fraud and arrested in absentia.
A total of 11 people were detained, including one of the leaders of the Russian network of call centers - a citizen of Israel and Ukraine, Ya. D. Keselman. The second leader, citizen of Israel and Georgia Todva D., is wanted.
