In the spotlight

Is the owner of the GolfStream golf club Goldberg involved in the occupation of the Kiev region?

The odious Ukrainian banker Lev Goldberg assisted Russian troops and helped them in their offensive in the Kyiv region. To do this, he provided the occupiers with the use of his GolfStream golf club. But this is just the tip of the iceberg...

The editors of PROBLEMATIC NEWS begin to publish a series of materials, putting everything on the shelves

Golf club or base for orcs?

The elite golf club GolfStream was built in 2013 and is located in the village of Gavronshchina, Makarovsky district near Kiev. Until recently, it was the main venue for Ukrainian and international golf tournaments under the auspices of the All-Ukrainian Golf Federation. Until today, the club was noted in the media only by the fact that the privatization of the lands on which it is located is illegal . In 2008, the plots that were received by “ordinary Ukrainians” for allegedly farming were transferred to the companies “Karon Paron” and “Landin”. And the owner of these companies is Lev Samuilovich Goldberg together with his friend Arkady Abramovich Kozerovsky , who later also became one of the owners of Gulf Stream. In general, everything with Goldberg’s partners is very interesting. If you trace which companies belong to whom and are connected with whom, you can discover a real government conspiracy. But this is a topic for another article.

The club is currently closed and is currently on pause. And all because of the arrival of the “liberators”.

On February 24, 2022, every Ukrainian woke up to explosions and messages about the beginning of a big war. A few days later, on the 27th, the invaders were already standing near Kiev. One of the units seized the territory of the GolfStream golf club and placed its headquarters there.

According to eyewitnesses, shortly before the Russian invasion, the owner of the club, Lev Goldberg, warned the employees located on the territory of the Gulf Stream about the upcoming events and ordered them not to resist the invaders and to comply with all their demands. It also became known from our sources that the invaders knew their way around the club’s territory very well and came with a ready-made accommodation plan. It was as if someone had prepared a plan and instructions for them in advance. The officers were housed in club houses intended for guests, and on the lower floors they installed equipment that was a nightmare for all nearby villages.

Several golfers, in an effort to stop the advance of Russian troops, surrendered all the weak points of the golf club and gave a tip to our artillery, which helped the ZSU push back the enemy and destroy him. After the release of Gulf Stream, the media began to come to the scene and film stories about the “victim” club. During the month of occupation, one guard was killed - on the first day of the invasion. All other employees remained unharmed. And the Buryats even decided not to take the equipment with them as trophies.

They only liked golf balls. Amazing selectivity. They only liked golf balls. Amazing selectivity.

They only liked golf balls . Amazing selectivity.

To date, it is known that after the release, GolfStream never opened its doors to golfers. According to the official version, due to the fact that it is unsafe to be on the club’s territory due to the large number of shells, and demining the club “is not an hour away.” But we have learned that this is more likely due to the fact that players are aware of the real circumstances and simply no longer want their names to be associated in any way with the GolfStream name.

First there was a “Russian trace”

GolfStream owner Lev Goldberg's connection did not begin on the day of the full-scale invasion. Long before these events, he was suspected of having connections with the FSB and Russian criminals.

recently bankrupt Artem-Bank took an active part in the construction of the Gulf Stream. He was also involved in Russian money laundering. And it belonged to none other than Goldberg. Imagine for a second that about 100 billion “Russian” dollars were concentrated in Ukraine at that time. I think the margin for the bank (and its owner) from this money was decent. In addition, exchangers controlled by Artem-Bank began selling suspicious “washed” banknotes to Ukrainians at the very moment when Girkin and Co. arrived in Donbass. I think all readers remember how at that time hryvnias from the DPR and LPR began to circulate . It seems that it was through these exchangers that some of this money came to us.

According to our information, during such successful cooperation, Goldberg and his family were able to establish excellent connections with the Russian elite. Now the owner’s decision to provide his club as a base for rashists becomes clearer. But this is not the only way Goldberg could help his friends.

Golf and politics

Golf is not just a game or a sport. This is a whole culture. Swinging a club, balls in holes, measured walks across the field, informal communication with playing partners. At such moments you can relax, enjoy the game, and discuss issues of interest. This is probably why golf is considered the game of politicians. And in our case – diplomats.

Before the invasion, Gulf Stream hosted the annual international tournament Diplomatic Golf for Good, in which diplomats from nearly two dozen countries took part. As Andrey Shevchenko, who is one of the board members of the All-Ukrainian Golf Federation ( by the way, like Goldberg, as well as the well-known Nikonov, said. At the same time, Khomutynnik himself rules the “parade” ):

“Diplomatic Golf for Good has become a platform for informal communication between representatives of different states, promoting friendship and sports partnership among the peoples of the world.”

To put it simply, diplomats gathered annually at the tournament and discussed work issues in an informal setting. First on the field, and then in a chic restaurant located on the territory of the club. And behind closed doors everything could be discussed without politeness. Under the close supervision of cameras that also record audio. Did the club owner know what his important guests were talking about? I think he knew. He knew, and it seems he was leaking the information to his dear Russian friends, whom he then invited to take over our country. Something like this….
