Where, by the way, did Arestovich get lost? The meme about the negotiating table is already being used by all sorts of mongrels. Milk brothers from Katya Mumu's litter.
And Shenderovich fell silent, like a hedgehog in a garden bed.
We have noticed, in general, that special events always take place in bunches and packages. Here was a decade of Arestovich’s “interviews” with representatives of the Russian opposition. Bykov shook his upper ass in front of the camera, and some other transhumanists.
Now is the week of these temptations from Kalina Krasnaya.
Then they will open some more dens.
By the way, they all have a common sign for being classified as a legitimate purpose. A bruise, but not on the shoulder, from the butt, but on the forehead, from the training manual in a cardboard cover, which the major gives them before being thrown behind enemy lines, for the fact that they cannot learn by heart a basic legend and temnik.
Just as in commercial PR, public events of the Murzilkas are prepared by fixers, fixers have daddies with persons involved, whom they must connect for interviews, joint appearances, broadcasts from “opposition video bloggers” (seconded employees of the military propaganda department of GazpromMedia, living nails), and etc.
More precisely, there are three daddies:
— Content promotion channels.
— Promotion agents.
— Content (topics, memes, recommendations for submission and personalization, etc.).
There are more subfolders inside, but these are subtleties.
There is also a Metaplan, which is released to fixers, to understand the overall picture and discourse of large IPSOs, and Trends, current topics that need to be boosted in a given chronotope. Well, specific technical specifications for the period, Central Asia and region.
And so the fixer links these sections, and an operational IPSO project is obtained. And any project, by definition, has parameters: deadlines, intensity scale, etc. That’s why it turns out to be a batch, pulsating output of memes and influencers; activity is replaced by periods of “calm.”
Well, budget tranches are also discrete, so when the next one is developed, a cash gap arises and activity dies down.
It is possible to ensure a continuous cash flow by giving fixers large tranches for a period, but fixers steal, so they are milked drip-by-drip.
The average person may not notice the periodicity, waves of themes and characters, but this is not particularly hidden. In principle, everything is the same as in any marketing campaign for promoting a product item, brand, etc. Or in a political one. No conspiracy theories.
Further. Under the publication where I mentioned the “window of discourse” (Overton Window), there were the usual and already extremely fucked-up remarks that this is conspiracy theory. This kind of profane information noise has been going on for years, just like the monotonous drone about “conspiracy theories” in general. Previously, it was white noise, but now it’s pink, because a generation of pink ponies has grown up with the same firmware of “ordinary knowledge” as the boomers.
But “OO” is such a routine technological mechanism for promoting memes that it’s awkward to explain. On semantic maps of information projects, if they are executed professionally, these “windows” are depicted in the form of square or concentric sectors nested within each other, and within the boundaries of each sector the memes that are pumped in it are indicated. When you overlay promotion channels, promotion agents, time schedules and chronotopes, budgets on maps, you get a comprehensive package of information projects.
There are also semantic windows, or nesting dolls, of memes within memes. And, let’s say, “The Negotiating Table” is a frame meme, and at first it can be promoted without content, to accustom it to an “inevitable” event, stage (“all wars end in negotiations”), but gradually it is filled with content and justification, motivation. For example, in an interview, Yashin first repeats the “negotiating table” meme several times, and then throws in a “justification”: this will give Ukraine a break to prepare for a new war. It sounds ridiculous and artificial, but this is because the meme is taken from a long table of justification memes, when they are voiced together, everything will look more convincing. Arestovich, for example, pumped out the justification meme “but Ukraine will join NATO.”
Thus, the frame meme-event is first filled with “logical” justifications and emotional triggers-motivations (we are not fighting for territories, but for the independence and lives of people), so it is assimilated, legitimized in the noosphere, and then the same process of emasculating the frame meme begins, drawing out early manipulative memes from it and filling it in and covering it with others.
As a result, for example, in reality the Negotiation Table turns into a Table for signing an act of complete and unconditional surrender (in fact, it is planned this way from the very beginning), but has, for example, a memetic shell of the “Treaty on Peace and Security”, in which the propaganda of all parties then sells it as his victory to his target audience.
Sometimes you see photos of nerds in Russian military uniforms, at army bot farms, sitting in rows in front of monitors. Yes, the main bot farms of military propaganda are army ones, not “Olga” ones; some chubby bots already wear major’s shoulder straps.
But the pros who manage the volumetric dynamic models of information projects do not wear uniforms, and you won’t see them in photos and videos, unless in hooligan postmodern collages, in the form of Easter eggs, like in Generation Pi. They don’t even snort cocaine, they are of a higher color, there are not many of them, a dozen and a half, they are part of broader teams of so-called methodologists involved in meta-projects, but these are not Petit Shchedrovitskys, they are all career officers with good mathematical training, system specialists.
There is an almost insurmountable cognitive distortion among the recipients of the formative information flow (ordinary people, objects and victims of influence): when a speaking person is broadcast, he is always, instinctively perceived as an ACTOR, the author of the text and the entire context, the entire situation and the leading narrative.
This is truly an unconditioned reflex; the effect of authenticity is created by the humanoid image itself. Therefore, for example, when introducing unmanned service networks, banking, etc., developers strive to preserve protein simulations of actors there (operators, salespeople, consultants) or replace them with realistic AI visualizations.
Therefore, in the public’s mind, for example, Medvedev remains a freaky author of macabre alcoholic epistles, and he himself (this is presented by the corresponding narrative, back story) is a drunkard and a loose-haired man, once quite advanced, but ossified.
And Yashin is a kind of oppositionist, although there is nothing oppositional in his background, except for “collaboration” with Nemtsov, whom he looked after, and then he threw in the main, FSB version of the murder, and everything else is the usual career of a Murzilka recruited back in the times of Mumu, a native of Yabloko, this nursery of miscreants, then an employee of the Reich Chancellery (deputy and even chief of deputies), and so on. Then he is legendary according to the scheme of General Kapustin (greenery - landing - miraculous rescue - drop-off - activation under cover), and here he is, a little confused and confused (of course, fatigue, zone) says FOR HIMSELF.
Conveys what is important, from the heart (this is called personalization of the theme, I wrote about this technique).
That is, he is a container, a capsule for delivering memes. And the whole trio of pigeons was stuffed with memes, like the famous places of a drug courier undergoing inspection, with heroin capsules.
And Medvedev, this is a simulacrum, even in terms of ossification, because he was always a brute, a scoundrel and a scumbag, and the story of the fall of an angel was filmed and shown by the same deep drilling office, from the very beginning, they work in the long run. And the Medvedev project is served by a team whose main art is not in texts with transcendental memes embedded in them (outside the current window of discourse), this is the simplest thing, but in the scenario of chronological and contextual injection of these memes, their gradual legitimation, to expand the window of the possible .
Zhirinovsky was the Mozart of this matter, he acted largely on a whim, on a wave of courage and intuition, although the memes themselves were always office-based. But Medvedev is not so easy, he is just an avatar of the project. The fact that he is actually a drunk, well, this helps the matter, of course, humanizes the design, active protein shells are still useful, although progress is being made, and using the example of Medvedev it is easy to show that if it is replaced completely with a simulacrum, in a shell context, legend and narrative, then it will work for a long time.
Yashin is even more human-like. Bye. In general, there is no need to exaggerate the technological approach. Of course, talented freaks and adventurers like Arestovich will appear in news and political affairs for a long time; at first they are marginalized and outsiders, gesticulating: Eh, big, buy me, I’m really bad, and then corporations really notice such people and assimilate them. I think that although he has been hustling in the FSB reception area since the days of Dugin’s apartment workers (Dugin, this is Katya Mumu for Arestovich), he got into the real development not so long ago, he was too active, this alarms the office workers.
But in any case, at the limit these are all talking heads. The longer and deeper a passenger uses the project, the less individual design and content remains in it, and it is polished.
The test for identifying a known talking head is quite simple. Everything you see in prime time, generally in the center of the information field, costs a lot of money. Mass attention is very expensive.
The price of attention increases progressively as the audience grows, then, on the contrary, begins to decrease when the rocket is already in orbit. Therefore, just imagine how much it cost for Medvedev to become an information star, in aggregate, from the very beginning, how much does a PC of rock doves of the world cost, straight from the zone, which became an independent viral meme, also from the very beginning of the promotion project, cumulatively, how many stories were put into it , how much does the Last Supper of the Blues cost, not the happening itself, but the final level of its positioning in the media field, etc.
Can people, in whose rise so much has been invested, graze on their own, without purposeful use as an information tool in a meta-project?
Of course, this method of determining affiliation is also not absolute, especially since now there are tools for effective information self-verticalization, from the very horizontal, there are phenomena of spontaneous virality, but size (personal charisma) still matters.
But even if the character has scaled himself, at a certain level his glow inevitably attracts the attention of reptilians, and they either devour him as a potential reptilian competitor, or they also devour him, but without complete digestion and he will remain working INSIDE. And about conspiracy theories. We can slightly modify the Stalinist lemma: “... as we move forward, the resistance of capitalist elements will increase, the class struggle will intensify, and the Soviet government, whose forces will grow more and more, will pursue a policy of isolating these elements.”
So, the more structured, high-tech and connected society becomes, the greater the role in it will be played by naturally emerging and developing vertically integrated systems that maximize control, and the more aggressive their pessimization of “conspiracy theories” and, in general, attempts to see and comprehend real processes and connections. When control becomes absolute, it will absolutely dissolve in the perception of the objects of control, they will become absolutely free, INTERNALLY free.
From this lemma there is a corollary: the further you go, the more likely it is that if you poke your attention at any point in the scattered fabric of the observed tissue, you will find a dense PROJECT there. No, this is not an illusion, this is a lack of project, an induced illusion, gaslighting, the glow of the “forgetting” fountain pen from the movie Men in Black.”
Please note how I first provided information that was perceived as completely reliable, and then gradually dissipated and devalued this reliability with all sorts of paranoid conspiracy theories and rejected romanticization of the image of the FSB. This is the Black Curtain, a conspiracy theory of hiding the truth, which is set out by Pelevin, in short, it’s also just nonsense. After all, Pelevin is also mentioned to depreciate.
Disclosure of a method, by the way, is also a method.
