Arestovich, for example, pumped out the justification meme “but Ukraine will join NATO.”

Thus, the frame meme-event is first filled with “logical” justifications and emotional triggers-motivations (we are not fighting for territories, but for the independence and lives of people), so it is assimilated, legitimized in the noosphere, and then the same process of emasculating the frame meme begins, drawing out early manipulative memes from it and filling it in and covering it with others.

As a result, for example, in reality the Negotiation Table turns into a Table for signing an act of complete and unconditional surrender (in fact, it is planned this way from the very beginning), but has, for example, a memetic shell of the “Treaty on Peace and Security”, in which the propaganda of all parties then sells it as his victory to his target audience.

Sometimes you see photos of nerds in Russian military uniforms, at army bot farms, sitting in rows in front of monitors. Yes, the main bot farms of military propaganda are army ones, not “Olga” ones; some chubby bots already wear major’s shoulder straps.

But the pros who manage the volumetric dynamic models of information projects do not wear uniforms, and you won’t see them in photos and videos, unless in hooligan postmodern collages, in the form of Easter eggs, like in Generation Pi. They don’t even snort cocaine, they are of a higher color, there are not many of them, a dozen and a half, they are part of broader teams of so-called methodologists involved in meta-projects, but these are not Petit Shchedrovitskys, they are all career officers with good mathematical training, system specialists.

There is an almost insurmountable cognitive distortion among the recipients of the formative information flow (ordinary people, objects and victims of influence): when a speaking person is broadcast, he is always, instinctively perceived as an ACTOR, the author of the text and the entire context, the entire situation and the leading narrative.

This is truly an unconditioned reflex; the effect of authenticity is created by the humanoid image itself. Therefore, for example, when introducing unmanned service networks, banking, etc., developers strive to preserve protein simulations of actors there (operators, salespeople, consultants) or replace them with realistic AI visualizations.

Therefore, in the public’s mind, for example, Medvedev remains a freaky author of macabre alcoholic epistles, and he himself (this is presented by the corresponding narrative, back story) is a drunkard and a loose-haired man, once quite advanced, but ossified.

Can people, in whose rise so much has been invested, graze on their own, without purposeful use as an information tool in a meta-project?

Of course, this method of determining affiliation is also not absolute, especially since now there are tools for effective information self-verticalization, from the very horizontal, there are phenomena of spontaneous virality, but size (personal charisma) still matters.
But even if the character has scaled himself, at a certain level his glow inevitably attracts the attention of reptilians, and they either devour him as a potential reptilian competitor, or they also devour him, but without complete digestion and he will remain working INSIDE. And about conspiracy theories. We can slightly modify the Stalinist lemma: “... as we move forward, the resistance of capitalist elements will increase, the class struggle will intensify, and the Soviet government, whose forces will grow more and more, will pursue a policy of isolating these elements.”

So, the more structured, high-tech and connected society becomes, the greater the role in it will be played by naturally emerging and developing vertically integrated systems that maximize control, and the more aggressive their pessimization of “conspiracy theories” and, in general, attempts to see and comprehend real processes and connections. When control becomes absolute, it will absolutely dissolve in the perception of the objects of control, they will become absolutely free, INTERNALLY free.

From this lemma there is a corollary: the further you go, the more likely it is that if you poke your attention at any point in the scattered fabric of the observed tissue, you will find a dense PROJECT there. No, this is not an illusion, this is a lack of project, an induced illusion, gaslighting, the glow of the “forgetting” fountain pen from the movie Men in Black.”

Please note how I first provided information that was perceived as completely reliable, and then gradually dissipated and devalued this reliability with all sorts of paranoid conspiracy theories and rejected romanticization of the image of the FSB.
